I have been coming here for years and was always greeted so kindly by staff; as of recently things are awful, the staff is different and they are no longer friendly. The quality is hit or miss but I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will most likely never come back to this establishment. The guy working the register was incredibly rude today, I asked for the same drink I get every single time. I get oatmilk and prefer my drink layered like a machiatto (as pictured) this has NEVER been an issue in the past and has been done everytime I have frequented this establishment. The guy told me I was wrong and told me it can’t be done that way with oatmilk (then how was it done the millions of other times I have come here is beyond me) the guy proceeded to argue with me and did not want to remake my drink correctly, a lady came over and started remaking my drink while also arguing with me and telling me I’m wrong and it’s not possible but then started to say they have a different oat milk now that can’t hold the weight of the espresso. That’s all they needed to say, was that it’s a different oat milk. Instead the customer service was thrown out the window and I was treated horribly and talked down too. I’m disgusted with lack of customer service and treatment.I was handed my drink and told “ See, it’s already blending, it’s heavier than the oat milk” But my drink is literally layered like I asked it to be and the espresso did not blend down.

I used to love coming here, but they lost a customer based off of my most recent experience. I Ordered an omelette that took an hour to get to me, caused me to be late for work, and no apology or refund was given for the wait. I placed the order at 9:45am, it was a slow day when we first walked in, so we thought we would have quick service. My friend and I both ordered breakfast before work (thinking we had plenty of time). After a while we noticed people ahead of us were getting fully served and we were still waiting on our food. Nobody bothered to check in on us, our number was still on the table and it wasn't until my friend spoke up that she received her meal about 30 minutes in. We wait another 15 minutes for my meal and found out they never put it in. By the time it was out I requested a refund but was told I had to wait in line. My food came in during the wait (at this point it was 10:45 a.m.) they had to package it to go as I was already running late and we bolted out for work. Waste of time and trip.

Walked in the door and started ordering. Asked the cashier if they had Swiss cheese and she said “I’m not sure” um a yes or no would be good then the girl next to her said “just to let you know there is at least a 45min yo hour wait for your food….so” basically felt like she didn’t want me there. There was no line and tables open when I got there. So 11am on a Saturday I assume they just didn’t want my business so I left. I would have waited but the hand shooing while giving me the eye glare on how stressed she was, thought I’d elevate her work and get a coffee elsewhere. Thanks anyways

Got the flight and was very good. Maybe just a little too sweet for me personally. I ordered the avocado toast. It was bigger than I expected which was good but very basic. I'm pretty sure the avocado was store bought spread. I would have preferred actual avocado. I expect a spread from Dunkin not places like this . The ambiance is nice . I didn't get any sweets but they looked very good. I would def come back again , but wouldn't get the toast. Wish I took a pic .

Most definitely recommend! Don’t let the line deceive you, it goes by pretty quick and worth the wait! Went with a friend for a mom’s morning out and we were dying to try their flight! We went while it was the fall flight and WOW I was very impressed that I actually liked all that was on the flight! Plus the food was very good! Will definitely be my place to go to when I’m in the area! I don’t care if I have my two very young children with me I’ll get them out for this stop!Plus the shops around are cute to browse!

Went for the coffee flight and breakfast sandwich. The flights were okay.. they put toppings on (lavender and fruit chunks) so it makes it hard to drink the coffees when it’s just chunky toppings all in it. Also was quite expensive for everything. The workers didn’t seem very happy, we had two different cashiers and both were cranky. The place itself is nice and clean but wouldn’t go back.

I will be planning to come back here if I’m in town again.The owners were extremely kind and I saw them everyday working alongside the employees with a smile on their face. Seems like a great environment and a friendly business to support!

I recently moved back to Altamonte Springs and wanted to try New City Coffee Co because I heard about their coffee flight. I really appreciated the customer service, the baristas were prompted. I ordered the peanut butter & banana toast, a classic glazed donut and a hot caramel latte with almond milk. My total came to around $22 which is standard. I enjoyed all of my food and my beverage.The atmosphere is a bit crowded, if you like to use local coffee shops to get work done this may not be the spot for you. The tables are really close together but there is outdoor sitting as well.All and all pretty great business. Everyone was kind. I will definitely return.
