I ordered the bacon mac and cheese breadbowl. The picture looked entree sized but instead I received a little side cup no more than 6 or 8 oz. The breadbowl was served separately and was so rock hard I couldn't bite into it and was inedible. I had to order another dinner from somewhere else after this.

We bought a pick two. We got salad and tuna sandwich. The salad was almost half way empty. the tuna sandwich was great. the baget had a lot of mold it was, about sixspots. Did not eat my food not enjoyable!.Called manager and she was not very helpful. She said it was avocado spots that got on bread. Cross contamination????Either mold or not...it was unpleasant.

wish i could give 1000 stars for service! i called this morning because i needed to place a last minute catering order. i’ve ordered from this location before and they’ve always been amazing, so i thought, let me me give it a try! they went above and beyond and assured me they could fulfill my request. so so thankful to the catering manager (forgot her name!). she was so kind and understanding and really made my entire experience so pleasant. my team and i thank you! ?

The most expensive Panera you’ll ever dine at. A salad and cup of soup costed $22. There is an employee who has been working the drive through for several months now and she can’t get an order right for the life of her. I’ll order a sesame bagel with cream cheese…she’ll give me an everything bagel (and she’s done this more than once). I’ll order one soup, she’ll put down a different type of soup. And if you make customizations…GOOD LUCK. Without fail, this employee just can’t get an order right.

Beware, prices have gone up!!! I purchased one muffin today and it cost me $4.78. I went through drive thru, and when the girl first told me the price, it didn't sink in until she handed my card back. I then proceeded to ask why it cost me that amount, and as expected she repeated my order to me. That's not what I was asking. So, I followed up with asking if prices went up recently and she said yes. Less than two weeks ago, I purchased the same exact muffin and it cost me $3.59. Yes, I understand we're experiencing an inflation yada yada yada. I get it. I feel the impact, too. But is it really worth raising the price that much for a muffin?! Very disappointed. Luckily, my husband and I have significantly cut down on our dining out expenses, and that today was just a "cheat day" to get something out. No more Panera. Byyye.

Audio music is too loud, difficult to have a meaningful conversation or complete work tasks due to loud audio in seating area. Don’t come to this location if you plan to have a “meeting” or plan an event while enjoying a pastry & coffee.
The portion was so small, it could fill up a water cup. There were two-three tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken soup. The salad was also tiny. Definitely not worth the money I spent. There are much better options in other places that are for the same price. I am not coming back to Panera Bread any more.

I used to love Panera, but sadly I think it's gone the way of many other businesses in raising prices and lowering quality. I am guessing corporate doesn't allow proper staffing because it always takes forever now in the drive-thru. Of the last few times I've gone, the 1st I received mac n cheese with half a plastic bag inside it. I know the mac comes in a plastic bag that they boil, so someone scooped it up with half the bag in a cup. Another time I tried it again, and got really sick. I've gone multiple times later in the day and found that I wasn't given my baguette, so you have to check your bag before leaving. The prices are just ridiculous now, too. $13 for a chicken sandwich with no drink or sides? I'd rather go across the street to Chicfila and get a whole meal for less than that.

I ordered a napa almond chicken salad sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup, which I always do. They were out of the bread for the sandwich, which has been going on for over a month, had to pick a substitute. When I got the food, the soup bowl was only about half full and the sandwich hardly had any chicken salad on it; it didn't even take up the whole sandwich end to end. I went back with it and spoke to a manager who re-made the sandwich. It wasn't any better. I think she just took the same little amount and just spread it more. I tasted more bread than anything else. Plus, this is a $10 sandwich! After this, I will no longer go to Panera Bread. For the outrageous prices, it's not worth it anymore. I'll make my own chicken salad at home!
