The most expensive Panera you’ll ever dine at. A salad and cup of soup costed $22. There is an employee who has been working the drive through for several months now and she can’t get an order right for the life of her. Audio music is too loud, difficult to have a meaningful conversation or complete work tasks due to loud audio in seating area. Don’t come to this location if you plan to have a “meeting” or plan an event while enjoying a pastry & coffee.
I used to love Panera, but sadly I think it's gone the way of many other businesses in raising prices and lowering quality. I am guessing corporate doesn't allow proper staffing because it always takes forever now in the drive-thru. Of the last few times I've gone, the 1st I received mac n cheese with half a plastic bag inside it.
