This is the second time I've ordered on doordash and they made up some story about how someone else already picked it up. It wastes my time and the dashers time trying to figure out what happened. Just make the damn food and stop being lazy. I've been there in person too and they are just rude and lazy, almost always get my order wrong. Worst wendys I've ever been to!

Ordered and paid for a double cheese hamburger and a medium coke. Got a single cheese instead. It was a door dash delivery and I live a mile from the restaurant and the hamburger was cold.Tried to call the restaurant at the number listed 5 times and phone is out of order.Tried to find another listed number, but there was none...very frustrating, especially since I didn't get what I paid for. ?

I just went through the drive thru. I was the only car in the line so it was not busy. The girl who came on the speaker was very short saying "is that all" after every item I ordered and then at the end just said "pull forward" nothing else. I ordered a single cheeseburger with pickles only (once unwrapped it was wrong, there was ketchup on it) and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich plain (it was not plain and had lettuce, tomato and mayo on it). I was not given a receipt so I have no idea if she entered it in wrong or if the kitchen messed up. Maybe if she had taken a couple more seconds in taking my order rather than just rushing me through some of the order may have been correct. I come here often and usually all is good but whoever they have doing the drive thru orders today was not on her game.

Very disappointed, are family loves Wendy's, we ordered food last week for pickup, and the fries were cold and the burgers weren't fresh. We live in Lake Mary very nice store location, but very disappointed with the food.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Haven’t had in a while so drive here to try 5 different flat sodas , then switched to lemonade and it was old horrible
Staff was actively cleaning and assisted with missing paper towels in restroom.

Very dirty floors despite being a recently built building. Also bathrooms smelled like cigarettes and urine. Seemed like the place hasn't been cleaned properly and so I would not trust the food. As far as I could tell all the employees were young teenagers who have zero pride in their work and could care less.
