We have been eating at Cherry Pocket occasionally for over 10 years and it's a good place to ride the Harley to for lunch or take out of town guests for a meal. However, when we visited with friends recently I saw the menu prices have skyrocketed. A cheeseburger is $14, a house salad with "grooper" (not Grouper) on it was $18 and catfish was $16. Worst experience ever at one of my favorites. Waited well over an hour only to determine we had been crossed off the list and they thought we were seated. We had three entrees and all the food was cold except for the fries. Assuming all foods were plated and our fries weren't finished. We nicely complained to our server and he just ignored our comments. We will give them another chance based on past visits.

Cherry Pocket never disappoints! We met the owner tonight and he gave us a history of the place and told he has great employees, which he does! The food was great as was the service!
