Food is always consistent. The drive thru attention to time and details could be better. Was told to pull up and was there so long I thought they forgot about us. They were super slow that night. After waiting for what felt like forever, I finally backed up (there was no one at all in line) to retrieve my food. The girl just kinda handed it out the window, and that was it. I'm not sure what they were doing, but it wasn't customer service ?
I went inside to avoid the drive through line and let's just say I couldn't have made a better choice. I'm not saying anything bad about the drive-thru but you can't see the service level from the window. Everyone was buzzing around making it all happen fast and hot ?. Loved ? my Dave's triple ? ? and fyi the ? frosty machine works here lol.

If your drive thru is down, don't make people wait in a line to order inside, get everyone but one person's order taken, so everyone else can sit if they want. After a long shift on my feet, and long drives before and after work, where I had to wake up at 5 am, and just getting food around 8 pm for dinner after work, I would've liked to be able to sit instead of being forced to stand there being IGNORED. I didn't see ANYONE else that walked in behind, or anyone to wait as long...read full review
