never understand how they keep you waiting in drive thru line (because inside is closed) and the food is still cold. they must be playing in there because nothings fresh. fast food not here. it’s a mess getting off work two cars ahead of me and i’m waiting 15 min because they are taking one car at a time smh DO BETTER!

Crispy chicken sandwich I just got was dry. This is the second time I go to this location and the food isn’t good at all. Why do they keep selling people bad food? I use to work at Wendys a long time ago and I know a fresh crispy sandwich. It’s a shame I was hoping to have a yummy tasting crispy sandwich. Idk if it’s a problem with the night staff but I hope you guys can start serving people better food.

If your drive thru is down, don't make people wait in a line to order inside, get everyone but one person's order taken, so everyone else can sit if they want. After a long shift on my feet, and long drives before and after work, where I had to wake up at 5 am, and just getting food around 8 pm for dinner after work, I would've liked to be able to sit instead of being forced to stand there being IGNORED. I didn't see ANYONE else that walked in behind, or anyone to wait as long as I did to have my order taken. It's just as bad as how slow your location is at drive thru, but worse since your standing.

Food is always consistent. The drive thru attention to time and details could be better. Was told to pull up and was there so long I thought they forgot about us. They were super slow that night. After waiting for what felt like forever, I finally backed up (there was no one at all in line) to retrieve my food. The girl just kinda handed it out the window, and that was it. I'm not sure what they were doing, but it wasn't customer service ?
