The staff seemed hard of hearing, unmotivated, and the wait took much longer than expected. The food was cold. The fries were stale. I won't be going back.

I’ve been with this location for years and customer service and quality has been going down significantly. I’ve had multiple instances where my online food orders are not done properly (I don’t even ask for modifications). Some staff members just don’t care about prepping the food by following basic instructions. And no, I can’t ask for them to fix it because it’s a DoorDash/Uber eats order so there goes that. I pay for extra ghost pepper sauce and my order doesn’t include it and the prep person uses mayonnaise instead of ghost pepper sauce on a ghost pepper sandwich. Just one example of the many disappointing lunches. Never complained despite wasting so much money here and having bad lunches.What I do not appreciate is lack ofbasic front counter skills. It is not right and not fair when you have customers waiting in line for extended periods of time and you allow someone who already ordered and is waiting for their food to come to the front to pick up their food and suddenly decide they want more items. So you, cashier person, say ok and let them take even longer to order while allowing them to skip everyone else who has been waiting. It is disrespectful. They already ordered, they should have been told to wait while the remaining customers who came after them and have been waiting get priority to order. But no, your customer service personnel at this location did not do the proper thing. All it takes to make or break relationships is doing the simplest basic things. It is not the locations fault, it is per staff member and the level of training they have.

I came today on my lunch break ordered a 5$ biggie bag they didn’t put my burger in the bag, & I also ordered a potato on the side & there’s no utensils or napkins. This is the worst customer service by far corporate needs to step up with the training with they employees if that’s what the call representing there service!

Service was HORRIBLE. Barely any staff only had a new kid that seemed like he wasn’t all the way there with a blank stare. Terrible ambiance. The hispanic manager is a b1tch I took two sips of my strawberry lemonade and realized it was watered all the way down I asked the kid if he could change lemonade instead since this one was not good and manager got angry at him and said no refills saying I drank half the cup??? I took two small sips that tasted like nothing but water I was trying to get my money’s worth. I corrected her and said you can keep it and as I was walking out I told my brother to leave that sh1t and she got angry and started cursing at us like a lunatic. She had a whole line to take care of instead of arguing with us over nothing and cursing at me calling me a piece of sh1t when no one was insulting her. She needs to get fired that’s no way to treat a customer especially if you’re a manager. Put her in a mental hospital or something.

I truly felt bad for this manager. She was really short handed, running front of the restaurant and drive thru. Only other ones working there were new hires.
