“Amazing Food & Unparalleled Service at KPot! We frequent KPot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot, and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious, fresh, and well worth the price—which we find to be extremely reasonable for the quality and variety offered. Every visit is a great experience, but our most recent one was truly exceptional, thanks to our server, Hailan. Hailan went above and beyond to take care of us—she was incredibly attentive, kind, and respectful, providing the best service we’ve ever had at KPot. My boyfriend, a USAF veteran who was stationed in Korea, was especially moved by her service, saying it reminded him of his time overseas. He couldn’t stop talking about how her attentiveness and warmth brought back great memories and made the experience feel even more authentic. It was so special to see how happy it made him, and I was thrilled to finally experience the “full effect” of Korean hospitality because of her. We will absolutely be back (as always!), but from now on, we’ll definitely be asking for Hailan. If you visit, we highly recommend doing the same—she truly made our night unforgettable!”

The presentation of the food was beautiful, our orders came out fast, considering what they were, and this was honestly some of the best sushi I have eaten. Our waiter was attentive, and very friendly. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful. As I was with my young son, I did not try the bar. I look forward to coming back. I’m trying different aspects of this place, and I was really impressed tonight. Try the Lobster Bomb Roll!”

“We can’t say enough about the Fish City Grill staff! We have ordered takeout/delivery numerous times and they get it right every time. Our favorite dishes are the flounder with crab stuffing, Alabama catfish, and the herb crusted trout. We ask the staff to put side dishes in separate containers which they do. Our meals are carefully packed and come to our home ready to serve. Thank you Lance and staff! ?”

I have also been insured that this was handled very poorly by the manager and will be addressed. Still waiting on response from manager.”

Ordered a small biscuits and gravy. It’s a large portion for a “small”! Good wholesome flavor. Not too peppery like some get. Biscuit was fluffy and very tasty! Wife got her usual 2 eggs, home fries, sausage patty and sourdough toast. It’s what she gages all breakfast by. Said this one ranked pretty high on her yum! list. Next time into Lakeland, we’ll be stopping in!”

I have copies of the customer copy and the one she altered. When we brought this to the owners attention, she said she didn't care and would do nothing about it. The fraud may go further than the waiters. I have spoken with the corporate office and this is under investigation. I have also been insured that this was handled very poorly by the manager and will be addressed. Still waiting on response from manager.”

“I grew up on Cassano’s Pizza in Dayton, OH. We moved away when I was 14 and I’ve missed that delicious pizza ever since. Recently, someone mentioned that someone who had worked at Cassano’s had relocated to Lakeland, FL decades ago and opened J Burns Pizza Shop offering the same crispy thin crust pizza topped with provolone cheese. Our family made the drive from Kissimmee to Lakeland and are so glad we did! The pizza was incredible. Reminded me so much of the pizza back home in Dayton. We will be back often!”

I knew this was going to be good from the smell of the food alone! I ordered "The Skillet" which was a seafood rice packed with shrimp, grouper nuggets, crab meat, and sausage, with some kind of delicious sauce on top! It kinda gave me a New Orleans vibe with the flavor profile and the sauce that was on top. OMG it was AMAZING! It was a large portion too. I ate some for lunch, nibbled it a bit at dinner, and took the remainder to work for lunch the next day. My coworkers were jealous of the smell of my lunch! I would definitely order from them again!”

When we were guided to a table in an area that was not appealing, they immediately moved our table. Then the staff, Stephen the manager and Jeff the waiter made the experience a quality experience that would definitely tier the pricier fine dining establishments elsewhere. The steak was cooked to perfection and the waiter provided the history of the restaurant. Jeff gave me an experience that I have not had at Cattleman and I have been coming here for years. “Authentic Puerto Rican food. When we arrived we were Welcomed & were seated right away. We were served with a ‘on the house’ salchichón soup. The food had the Boricua flavor. I ordered the Asopao in a Mofongo base”Resaca” which was served in an aluminum pot. We also ordered the “Pa’ Jaltarse” Tray, which was composed of: Arroz con Gandules, Pernil, Yuca, Pastel, Morcilla. We also ordered fried cheese, it was delicious. It was served with a guava sauce. We also ordered piña coladas without alcohol… they were delicious as well. Also, ordered a Passion fruit juice. Overall, the service was amazing. Area of improvement; the morcilla needed salt, it was not well seasoned. Good parking space. The Restaurant is decorated in a festive Christmas Holiday fashion.

“I ordered our Thanksgiving meal from 4 Rivers this year. Everything was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, and they even loaded it in the car for me. The service was great, and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing! The reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the way the food was packaged. I knew it would need to be re-heated, and they provided good instructions, but everything came in sealed plastic bags. I was expecting it to be in containers that could be placed directly in the oven, so at the last minute, I had to scrounge around & find 8 of my own Corning ware dishes, pots & pans for heating it all. Then I had to cut all the bags open & pour & squeeze the food out. It took a little more time & effort than I thought it would, but everyone enjoyed the food.”

The beeed pho 20/10 this was by far the best pho I’ve had in Lakeland, the favor down to the fresh basil and multiple herbs was amazing.
