On my way to the ballet my friend and I stopped by for a quick meal. The server was very polite and friendly. The food was hot and delicious and the check was given with a smile. I would love to go back to spend time in the restaurant and really enjoy the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.Parking: There is a parking garage around the corner. Easy access to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The family area has high chairs and booster seats for children. Music is not too loud for kids.

Our server, Megan, was exceptional. She had quite a few large tables and stayed on top of everything.
Beyond delicious. What a delight. Terrific food and great drinks AND the check won't break the bank. I was in town for 2 nights and I ate at Harry's BOTH NIGHTS!!!!!!
It's a New Orleans style restaurant so the food is a little spicy. Even the fried green tomatoes came with a spicy red sauce on top. But the service was good and the food was too, despite the spiciness.Parking: The restaurant is right in the middle of downtown Lakeland so you have to know how to parallel park and hope you find an empty spot close or you may be walking a few blocks from you vehicle to the restaurant.

It was a great experience. The ambience was so wonderful, romantic, calm, well decorated, feels like you are in New Orleans Bajun district. Nola cuisine spot on with the bursting flavors and spectacular presentation. The Oreo desert was out of this world. Super crispy fried goodness and nice cloudy melt in your mouth flavorful chewy goodness inside the middle. The main dish was just the right enough of spices, savory rice cooked to perfection.

Been a patron for 21 years. Know many of the servers. Today I had a taste for the crawfish ettoufe which has been delicious over the years. Last time I found it to be too spicy hot but managed to eat it. Thought I'd try it again but this time it was even worse. So spicy you could not enjoy it. All it tasted like was hot! Have you changed your recipe or do you have a chef that doesn't understand how it should taste.

Went to visit my husband’s niece in Lakeland and we went to Harry’s first dinner. It was a total flop! We ordered the fried calamari and Bayou Scotch Eggs for appetizers. The calamari was tough, thick and greasy. My husband and his niece raved about the eggs. They both said they were amazingly tasty.I ordered the Grouper Fingers and an order of fries. My husband and his niece both ordered the Louisiana Shrimp and Crawfish. After waiting 45 minutes and asking someone to check our order the food was brought to the table. My entree was cold as ice. When I told our server he politely apologized and said he would bring back a new order. No sooner did he walk away and he was back at our table telling me their was another order prepared for another customer so he brought it for me. REALLY???! This order was just as cold. I returned it and did not order anything else. The manager stopped by and apologized as well and offered me free dessert, which I politely declined. By now I just wanted to leave the restaurant. My husband did not like his entree but for no particular reason other then it was a bit spicy for him. His niece enjoyed hers saying it was good, but not good enough to order again. I will not return to this particular Harry’s.
