Placed an order online for one pizza at 8:21 pm, estimated arrival 9:01 (40 minutes). Called at 9:11, they say the guy is out for delivery. Fine. 9:21 called back, now apparently the estimated wait time is 95 minutes. They said he left like 20 minutes ago...well it's going to be cold when it gets here then. Never using this crappy business again.

The gentleman that boxed our pizzas took the time to put our names on the boxes in a very creative way. He used the letters from the Words Pizza Hut and incorporated them into our names. My kids thought that was the coolest thing. Thank you for making their experience a great one.
