Understaffed. Bad management. The staff there are left alone much of the time and there is a long line. They are overwhelmed. I waited 40 minutes and there was no churros or footlong cookies. This was the second time this has happened within the last month.

I hate this subway location. I went in tonight and a young girl told the other girl in the back to "get her so I can do the veggies" I i waited there for 5 minutes while I watched the girl cover the veggie and meat. But how hard is it to just make a sandwich. It literally takes less than 5 minutes. This is the worst location to visit. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time here. As I walked out the girl watched me and said nothing.

Came in here and ended up ordering our food on the app for the bogo deal. They tried calling me to tell me they didn’t have meatballs. My old number was on there so that part is my fault. When I asked if my order was done they told me about the meat balls. So I ordered a different sandwich with the guy. This was at 9:20 he told my family and I that after he made our sandwiches we had to leave as the lobby was closed. I see nothing posted saying the lobby closes at 8 as the guy told my family and I it closes at 8. Then he rang my sandwiches and told me I owed 22.00 I said I paid online. He informed us he cancelled that order so when I told him one was free online that’s why we had ordered on the app. The guy informed me if I wanted the bogo deal I had to go back on the app and reorder. Needless to say my family and I left without our food. This is the subway I usually go to but I will not be back. I have never been treated like this. I will make sure to tell my friends and family to boycott this one and go to one of the other ones. They need to work on their customer service skills. I work in customer service and would never treat customers like that.

Ordered through Door Dash as I can't leave my work for lunch. My chicken bacon ranch sandwhich had stale bread to the point I was not able to eat the bread, barely anything in the sandwhich and they put black olives in the sandwhich. Nowhere does it say black olives in the chicken bacon sandwhich. Also like 2 pieces of onion and some random green leaf I don't know what it is.I called the store like the reciept says and was told that they made the sub, and they are sure they diddnt put black olives on the sandwhich (they diddnt deny the bread) but I was more than welcomed to bring the sandwhiches up there and they would replace it (knowing I got it door dashed and couldn't leave my job) so it was not resolved and we went hungry for lunch. Only order here if you're on a diet because the food is no edible and you wont get what you order.

I Oder subway with my wife evrything on the recipt was Corect and got two Tottaly different sandwhiches it’s really not hard to read of a paper I tried calling no one would answer the phone very poor service will not be coming back
