Only good thing I can say about this location is that it was fast in the drive thru. However, the food sucked. I’ve had plenty of Taco Bell, but this location was different and not in a good way. The meat was so watery that it kept dripping with every bite. There was no cheese on any of our tacos or Gordita crunch taco ?The lady at the window didn’t greet us, but only looked at us then looked away back at her coworker that she was chatting with. Then she opened the door and handed us the food in a fast exchange with little to no customer service interaction.I already regret my decision stopping there, but my kiddos wanted it. ?

I’m not sure if this was an April fools joke or not, but I ordered the Cantina Chicken taco meal and got this. This is just crazy. I paid $12 and didn’t even get my chips and cheese that was supposed to come with it. Please do better! ??

Food quality is always great! However, I'm missing (or wrong) items pretty often. Like ordering two combos but only getting one drink. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with a nacho cheese shell, but got the locos version. Two chips and cheese, but only got one. It's even on the receipt, which means no one is checking. I'm leaving this review only after it's happened multiple times. It's so disappointing.Also, the cinnamon twists are cinnamon-less.

Victoria, a manager that works there, does not care about anyone but herself. Not the employees, and most of all, not for the customers. I’m glad the food there is edible and good, but I wouldn’t ever come back to this place.

Orders are never right in person. Delivery orders are worse - you're lucky if you get what you ordered - usually delivers other peoples orders. Service is disappointing.

Went thru Drive thru on 98 in north Lakeland and had MJ take our order. She was very kind and accommodating; asking about what type of ice tea that I wanted. I am a diabetic so had to take special type of sugar. I thought she was friendly; but my 10 year old daughter as we were pulling away said "I wish everyone that worked fast food was like her; she was very nice!" That's what prompted me to write the review. We order via app, drive thru at least once a week. Food always hot and fresh even after midnight! Thank you staff and God Bless!
