Slow service like out the door and only two staff working .. the food was ok chicken soup was very bland didn't have any flavor . The curry goat was decent nice spice kick to it the meat was tender the rice was undercooked The price was affordable so you get what you pay for if they hire more staff get better chefs the oajve will be apt better

The cuisine was passable. A tiny cup of soup with one piece of meat in it cost an absurd $5. The dish was overflowing with gravy, and the plantains were so rough that they weren't even edible. The vegetables and rice were both smaller than normal, but the goat was fine.

Even though Dutch Pot is practically nearby, I used to exclusively go to Donna's because I liked it so much. However, the last two times I went, the meal was just awful. I'm not sure if they altered the recipe to try to compete with Dutch pot, but it is totally not worth it anymore. They increased their prices, and they don't even offer a small size anymore. The only reason I'm giving it a two star rating is that the mac and cheese was excellent, but the oxtail was flavorless, the rice was awful, and the $18 price for a medium is absurd.

I went to the Lauderhill location on 01-09-24 to order two meals, however the oxtail was not ready because it was not lunch time. I told the server to give me a minute to decide. she was so unprofessional. she was on the phone the whole time talking and barely answered my question. by the time I was ready to order the two breakfast she was no where to be found. she walked away and didn't care about my patronage; so I left and went to another restaurant. this is why business go out of business because of the poor customer service. I won't go back there for sure!!!!!

I don’t know what changed here with management but I ordered oxtails. Didn’t even taste like oxtails, there was something long & slimy within meat. Tasted so weird I couldn’t finish or enjoy. I stopped eating it because I started feeling sick. The environment seems kept in the lobby entrance & employees seemed nice but never again.

Man. Great place but Jesus Christ the old people crew they have working breakfast time is not cutting it. The sweetest ladies but my god they are so slow and no coordination between the two. They need at least 2 ppl serving food and 1 person cashing. No need for both to be doing the same thing and then you have to wait for the lady at the register to put on her glasses just so she can see what she’s doing. This is ridiculous waiting 15 mins to order food when the restaurant is damn near empty. HIRE FASTER MORE EFFICIENT PEOPLE
