My friend who is legally disabled, hard of hearing, and partially blind came in and ordered a sandwich. He politely asked the cashier to repeat what they said and explained that he was in fact hard of hearing. Exact phrase he said was, “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you, I only have one ear”. He said this twice to the cashier since it was loud in the store. He was not rude or disrespectful in any way. The manager who was behind the counter responded, “We don’t need to hear your excuses. Just trying to take your order.” I am completely appalled at the managers reaction. I only know about this because I was on the phone with him waiting for him to take his order and heard the whole interaction! I’m not sure why the manager decided to comment like that, but that’s completely unacceptable. Do better Firehouse Subs.

First time ordering from Fire house subs. The sub and costumer service skills were amazing . I would definitely recommend Jean and Owner Barry great job.
Stopped by Firehouse subs because I got a text showing they had a special for National Meatball Sub day.. I was told that I needed to order in the app. I had a hard time navigating their app.. the manager was really nice and helped me find the offer. I got the Chicken Parm sub .. it was delicious.. made very well an cheese was melting perfectly.. as I was leaving the manager asked how I liked the meatball sub.. I told him it was awesome and thanked him for helping me find it in their app.. Great Customer Service!!

Ordered box lunches for 25 people and the manager couldn’t have been more accomodating! Everyone was happy with the assortment. Boxes were labeled and the food is delicious. Great meats and bread!

I ordered the Sweet & Spicy Meatball sub. It was the best sub I've had in my whole life. As I ate it, I closed my eyes and was taken to the promise land. It's a day later and I still can't get over it. The oatmeal cookie was a disappointment though. I should have got the brownie instead. The girl working there was super friendly asking if I needed anything. This is my new favorite sandwich shop.
