The Lehigh acres Dunkin is a hot mess. I used to go 1 or 2 times a day for my coffee. It's like every other day they are out of whipped cream or caramel drizzle. When I say every other day, I really mean that..lol I called and asked the manager why, and then I explained that's bad management. You have been working here for months and know how many paying customers come through your drive-through daily. The employees are plenty nice and there was not a problem with the service. That is the only reason for two stars. We went in to order drinks that we usually enjoy from this chain and both were atrocious. Unfortunately, due to our schedule, I could not turn around and return them as we already had to wait so long to receive them.
