This location never answers their phone and they do a terrible job at packaging doordash orders. I ordered a medium coffee with 10 munchkins and all I got was the coffee. Attention to detail is apparently nonexistent.

i don’t know what they got going on but this dunkin’ donuts sucks honestly it’s not even good anymore the ice coffee doesn’t hit the same anymore it’s disgusting the people there are really rude rather drive to fort myers just to get my stuff right like if i complain about my stuff they think i’m being rude but i want my stuff that i’m paying for
How are you a donut shop that runs out of donuts at 10 in the morning everyday The first or second time can be a mistake, but if this is constant, you're the problem, avoiding satisfying customers just so you don't have to make more donuts I hate going to this Dunkin' Donuts, but I have no choice because it's the only one in my area and I'm not trying to drive really far to get some donuts

Horrible services and rude management this store letting money leave left and right my order was41.25$ and the would not take my cash 50$ with the change is only $8.25z………..no drinks no decaf coffee horrible service inside and out….slow time …i mean this got to be the worst and slowest store in sw Florida….don’t come here…CORPORATE NEED TO GET AHOLD OF THIS STORE and don’t ever order online the orders take hours to get to you or not show up at all
