First I went to the ladies room to find the toilet seat to be golden yellow with urine. I asked the cashier if I could have a rag to clean it as there was someone in the other stall and no paper towels. She responded and cleaned. My issue is the person in the other stall comes out and low and behold it’s a manager. WOW!! Then I ordered my food to go Royal crispy chicken meal and we I got Hm it was a chicken wrap. I have called three times and no one will pick up the phone. Just disappointed.

So “have it your way” doesn’t apply here, lol. If you Uber or order online - you can’t customize or add things like Mayo to a sandwich- you can only remove things. The complete opposite of their slogan. Can’t get ketchup or ranch either- update online ordering please. Also- they don’t answer phones. I tried to call and they don’t answer the phone. Customer Service needs help***update. Got the food and my order was missing the fries, drink and a sandwich. We paid $29 for a tiny underwhelming whopper junior and a nasty watery chicken sandwich. Never going back here. Missing 3 of 5 items. Are the they high?
