It's the first time ordering from them. I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich and it lacked seasoning....too bland for me . The sandwich was wrapped with at least five sheets of paper and I'm guessing to keep it warm . It was so soggy that I needed a fork to eat it. Maybe I'll try a cold sandwich next time.

Jada was the person that took my order and prepared it she demonstrated fantastic customer service skills which as someone who works in customer service it is always great to see someone with such exceptional skills like Jada. Kiersten also helped with my order and ensured I was well taken care of and enjoyed my food these employees contributed to amazing food, amazing service, and an amazing atmosphere! (The cheesesteak was amazing!)
The two subs we purchased were edible, not great, and extremely overpriced. Publix subs are much better. For that matter, Subway subs are better.

This place is amazing from the staff to the food. I love the atmosphere inside the place with the lights and everything on the walls. The food is phenomenal every time I go. The staff are always very pleasant and kind when I’m ordering. If I had to recommend a good sandwich shop Capritotti’s is my go to.

The smallest turkey sandwich is $8. It is real turkey shredded chunked pieces vs deli style so that is a plus, but the turkey was dried out and tough. Manager doesn't have access to detailed ingredients list.
