It's the first time ordering from them. I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich and it lacked seasoning....too bland for me . The sandwich was wrapped with at least five sheets of paper and I'm guessing to keep it warm . It was so soggy that I needed a fork to eat it. Maybe I'll try a cold sandwich next time.
It’s not often I write a google review so when I write one I make it worth my time. Jada was the person that took my order and prepared it she demonstrated fantastic customer service skills which as someone who works in customer service it is always great to see someone with such exceptional skills like Jada.
