I've been going here for a while now, every weekday morning. Sometimes, the drive thru is busy. Sometimes, it's not. The staff is always friendly. My order is made right most of the time.

Bad. I had to force them to make the delivery more than 5 minutes after I arrived, and they couldn't seal it up. They didn't even have stickers to seal donut boxes.

We ordered everything bagels got plain. Ordered frozen coffee with local and 4 shots of coconut can't takes coconut and strat coffee. One of the the crew was Slamming things down and when the other said there watching he said i don't care. This is the worst dunkin I have been

I think I’ve only had one more worse experience in the fast food world. The staff is rude. It’s a whole culture. I don’t think this is operated by Dunkin. It must be a franchise and they don’t care about you are making things right. I asked for my coffee to be remade and she brought me back same coffee with more cream. I can tell because it literally was the same flavor and I couldn’t drink it. I am impressed with how horrible the people are there. One name Zayla was cussing. Never again Dunkin. I’m officially done.

Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts someone has an attitude customer service is very horrible. This is why I hardly come to this location because the people that want to work but want to be rude to the customers if they’re upset about their daytime job they don’t need to be working in that field let alone Dunkin’ Donuts.

I have gone to this Dunkin a lot in the past but let me tell you they never fail to make my drink wrong, gave them the benefit of it all and gave it a try today one last time and they literally handed me a cup with cream and sugar...luckily after waiting almost 15 minutes for my food and drinks (which were simple and it was not busy) but the food was hot.

It took 15 minutes to have 2 pancake wraps made when the store was empty because the employee who took my order decided to take a personal phone call and just walk off; and nobody thought to ask me what I was waiting for until ten minutes of waiting.Then somehow after 15 minutes of waiting I get lukewarm food.

I got there right after opening and no one was there until 5:20. So I waited patiently and then when employees arrived I got yelled at and told I can go around and wait longer because no one was in the building.

Completely disorganized. They weren't busy, yet nobody was available to take my order when I arrived. When someone finally answered the audio was poor. They couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. I repeated my order (3) times. But of course, they got it wrong. Confused my order with someone behind me. Burnt my sandwich. Forgot my hash browns. Kept me waiting. And yes, they couldn't take the time to stir the dam coffee so it tasted horrible.... and old. Not the first time something like this happened either. I actually asked myself if I wanted to go through another poor experience before pulling in. I should have kept driving.

Terrible experience at Dunkin today, Sunday 11/5 at 10am. I had to ask twice for items that were missing in my mobile order. Then, as I'm driving away, I realize my hash browns are room temp and the bag isn't even half full. I would have gone back to ask them to make it right but I don't trust that the employees would do it right. They don't seem to care at all. Next time, I'll go to the Dale Mabry location.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the world. They never give a single napkin and a drive-through bag. And they forget your order at the drive-through and ask you to pull up and never bring it out to you. And then when you go in to go get it they give you the wrong order. One stars for too many for this location.

Last week I came to get two hot caramel lattes, my absolute favorite drink at Dunkin. I get it all the time at this location.When I ordered last week the taste was not the same. I called the manager when I got to work, and she told me to come back in and get them remade for free. I really appreciated her gesture, and I just stopped by to take her up on her offer. The assistant manager personally came out to my car to hand me my drinks. She was so friendly and apologized and appreciated me giving them a second chance ☕️?
