Completely disorganized. They weren't busy, yet nobody was available to take my order when I arrived. When someone finally answered the audio was poor. They couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. I repeated my order (3) times. But of course, they got it wrong. Confused my order with someone behind me. Burnt my sandwich. Forgot my hash browns. Kept me waiting. Last week I came to get two hot caramel lattes, my absolute favorite drink at Dunkin. I get it all the time at this location.When I ordered last week the taste was not the same. I called the manager when I got to work, and she told me to come back in and get them remade for free. I really appreciated her gesture, and I just stopped by to take her up on her offer. Shana is sweeter than the donuts! She always greets me. She is very caring and aims to please!Kaleb is a kind young man who also cares about providing excellent customer service.When I arrived today Kaleb was just finishing up mopping the floor and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. It's a great place to chill out for a while and enjoy your refreshment!
