I bought a happy meal for my daughter and received a puzzle for the toy. The puzzle had the wrong pieces in it. The drive thru employee was moaning in what seemed to be pain, why is she working if she's making painful noises? I spent $30 on 1 meal, 1 mc double (ketchup was literally everywhere all over wrapper and bun... TOO MUCH, WHY??) 1 mc chicken, and 2 happy meals. This is not an affordable place to go to anymore. Especially when the food is mediocre and the happy meal you purchase has a defective toy.

Ordered from the mobile app. Waited about 20 mins and no one came. Had to go inside and get my food. When I went in, employees were laughing and playing. My food was just sitting on the counter. They didn't even have the drinks ready. Not to mention, another person parked next to me never got their order. When they went back through drive thru, employees realized the persons order went to someone else. My food was cold and the fries tasted old. Not happy at all and I have never had a problem with this location. Smh

Served us raw quarter pounders. Manager, Mary, told my wife that sometimes the burgers are not cooked all the way through and they don't realize it.No refund offered. Instead told we could come back at a later time, mention her name, and get new burgers.Eat at your own risk.

McDouble add tomatoes and lettuce. I got a joke for lettuce and the tomatoes which you have to pay for are very small and 1 of them are even cut poorly. I go here a lot. This was disappointing.

This is probably the best location I've ever been to. The people were polite, the order had to wait for fresh fries and they instructed me correctly. Everything was fresher and better than any other location I've been to. Kudos to the staff.

Worst mcdonalds in efficiency. Must only have 2 workers in the mornings. If your in a rush, don't stop here, even with mobile app.Owners must not care about making money. Although worker is nice in telling g you they have to do it all.

The girl working the drive through at 10:22pm on 12/7/23 should be fired. The way she spoke to me was beyond unprofessional and was the final straw for me and this restaurant.I've never left this location happy.Long waits, gross cold food and poor service.If you're hungry, go somewhere else. The terrible food isn't worth the terrible service or the price.
