I love this place. I haven't eaten at a Rallys in quite a while. They opened one up on the beach but I don't go there often. I put the app on my phone. They have great deals. I ordered a double Big Buford and got one for free. 6 bucks. Great sandwich. It was late of o would have gone for their Chile Cheese Fries. Great food and fast service. They have the BEST fries ? of any fast food restaurant ? I also love their Coca-Cola ?because it burns just a little like true, Original Coca-Cola recipe ?

Fries were limp. Hoping for crispy that I heard about. Had to repeat order 3 times. Young lady on the other end kept interrupting me. Asked to listen to what I was saying. Nothing special about order, 2 #4 hamburger, fries not a combo. And asked her to repeat order. Got to the window no fries in bag. Got the discussed look and 8 minutes later got the limp soggy fries. I'll wait a couple of months before trying it again.. maybe by then the staff will be trained and attitudes improved .
