I’m a very understanding and easy going guy and I hate leaving bad reviews for anywhere. But, the staff working at this location tonight were extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived around 35 minutes prior to closing and there were a total of 3 cars there. I used the drive through and while taking my order the staff were laughing and having full on conversations over the speaker while I was trying to give my order. They were in the middle of taking my order then just went completely silent and stopped responding to me. I waited for around 5 minutes and they refused to respond to me, so I thought maybe they thought I had completed my order already. I pulled around to the window and they asked what I ordered and I told them and they said “we don’t see it on the screen, you didn’t order.” I even apologized and said maybe the speaker was messed up and you guys couldn’t hear me correctly. They just sat and stared at me for about another 5 minutes then told me they weren’t gonna make my food and that they were closed and it was still 10 minutes until closing. I legitimately was not rude or difficult with them at all and if anything I’m confused why they treated me like this. I have worked customer service myself and can understand how frustrating customers can be, but I would never treat a customer the way I was treated here tonight. I love checkers and was so excited when this one opened in Lynn Haven, but after this experience I don’t think I will ever be back.

Im so disappointed we came here last night and ended up just leaving with no food we had to repeat are order 5 times and when we get to the drive through window the lady opens the sliding glass door says one thing double stack and closes the door in our face didn't come back we needed up just driving away this was our first time being at this location was not a great experience

I love this place. I haven't eaten at a Rallys in quite a while. They opened one up on the beach but I don't go there often. I put the app on my phone. They have great deals. I ordered a double Big Buford and got one for free. 6 bucks. Great sandwich. It was late of o would have gone for their Chile Cheese Fries. I used to get them in Los Angeles back before I moved here in 2005. They are next in my eye scope. Manager was so nice. I had a upc code on my phone they had to scan to get the free burger and they were totally cool with it. After I paid she asked me if I wanted a free drink. They made one extra too many. I said , sure so I ended up W a nice large soda too. Definitely will be going there again. They also text me to try a game out and get a free sandwich and I've done it twice. You get 7 days to redeem it Win/ win. Brand new place about a month ago or more. Very clean. Nice tables outside

Went tru drive thru there was like 3 to 4 beer bottle busted glass everywhere told the lady at window she said they knew about it but didn't have time I told her people could get a flat she was rude and had no concerns of the fact there was glass everywhere so here come another lady that said she was corp and said I had tires that had a warranty on them I shouldn't worry about it I told her if my tires got flat from that the company would buy new one s there was big hunk s of glass and I forgot the fact the lady said I was the only one that noticed that's awful that they had no concerns all they had to do was sweep it up but no they just let people drive thru what a shame I do have photo of it

Placed order through the app, burger had items I'm allergic to on it, they claimed they were remaking it, however, they just wiped it (didn't remove everything) and the 1 bite i took of the burger sent me to the bathroom less than 10 minutes later. Will not be ordering from here

Every time I’ve been through the chicken has tasted like chemicals. I asked for extra ranch, and cup holdersand I was checking my food none was there and I never got my cupholders.Every time I seem to order the 8 piece the employees say they are out of chicken. It’s been nearing a week.
Long wait in the drive thru, upsized to large and received a half portion of fries, large cup mostly ice, and a burger that was room temp, and the cheese wasn't even melted.. good bye $15 and a repeat

The young lady on the window was a polite and fast as could be. BUT wow the food was not that good, well the burger was not hot my cheese was not even melted on my cheese burger. Now the fries was hot and good. But it will be a minute if I do come back.Wheelchair accessibility: Very acceptable.

It was so good! The fries were crispy and seasoned and the burger was fresh and hot. The people were nice as well. I got the loaded fries and a free bugle burger from that text thing. It was so good. I went back to try the parmesean garlic fries and they were just as good!
