Went through the drive thru got cold and old Onion rings the burger was okay . I took the onion rings back inside and asked for fresh rings.The girl took the old rings and said fresh one would be 2 minutes. I think I should not have gotten the cold ones . You have to stop and think would you eat the old and cold rings? What would you think if the table was turned and you got that food. We all make mistakes but how you handle it speaks volumes. Service was quick but as all burger kings are now the food has changed and doesn't taste good anymore. It's not this location it's all of them. We had written them off and haven't had them in a few years. Tried to give it one more shot but still no on the food. New building at this location, double drive thru, quick and great service. They need to switch the beef patties back or just close all these chains down imo.
