“I visited Hardee's in Macclenny, FL this morning and about 3 weeks ago and the service was magnificent. I was the 6th car in the breakfast drive thru and had received my order and was out in 5 minutes! A shout out for the fast and very friendly service from all of the employees . “The burgers are the only thing I've tried so far and there so good. one of the top places in macclenny to eat would definitely suggest eating there burgers and it's always hot and fresh same with the fries there fresh made everything is fresh you will never receive cold food “
“UPDATE: 01-12-24: This Firehouse Subs is usually great. Today it was even better. The subs were made just like we wanted them and tasted wonderful!! The soup and chili were great too!! AND, the people working there are still very friendly!!2019:This Firehouse Subs has been great everytime I've been there. Friendly people, my order has ALWAYS been correct, and even though it takes time to fix the food, it's not as long as some other stores. I had a large order yesterday and all of them were correct. “I love Zaxbys, but the Macclenny store is the worst one...consistently! Numerous times they've gotten my order wrong, or left the dipping sauce out (and charged me extra to get it), or the drink machine is out of some drinks. Today it was out of ALL the drinks that I can have that I like. So I paid for free water...again. Happens a lot here. I've complained to the store and to corporate numerous times, but NO ONE from that store will contact me. It's been well over a year since I started contacting them and I've still not gotten a response from them. When I talk to one of them in person, they just don't care and act like they have no idea what I mean. 1 star.(The Fernandina Beach Zaxby's, however, is great!)UPDATE Nov 2022. Maybe they’re getting better. Our order has been correct and good twice in a row. Up until now they were still messing up our orders. Up to 2 stars now.UPDATE: Sep 2023: They've improved greatly!!! I've been here several times in the past 5 months and this year they've got it!! Friendly order takers outside and friendly people at the window. Our orders have ALL been correct!! Excellent. “We stopped by during a road trip on a Sunday night 6/7/15. There was only one person working and my family plus 3 other people all showed up at the same time. The guy working did an excellent job of taking care of all of us having to make multiple sandwiches. They were out of some items, but that wasn't his fault. He did every thing he could to serve everyone in a timely manner. As we were eating several more people came in. I did feel bad for the guy that he was stuck there by himself.“

“The food and service was very good! The building is a bit dated however, our family loved the fact that we could go in and sit down to eat at a Pizza Hut. We only have the available for pick-up or delivery in our town from Pizza Hut. The manager did inform us that they would be having a remodel soon, so we should be sure to come and check them out when it is done. We will definitely go back.“
“Went through the drive thru got cold and old Onion rings the burger was okay . I took the onion rings back inside and asked for fresh rings.The girl took the old rings and said fresh one would be 2 minutes. I think I should not have gotten the cold ones . You have to stop and think would you eat the old and cold rings? What would you think if the table was turned and you got that food. We all make mistakes but how you handle it speaks volumes. “I normally don't leave reviews but I had to for this one! We were traveling and stopped in for lunch. We'd never heard of it and wanted to try it out. After we left I tried to look up locations closer to our town in Florida and realized this is just the one location. We wish it was closer! Great place! We had a burger and the yard bird. Will be back when traveling back to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in the fall.“
