Hit or miss when they close. Sometimes, they are open until advertised times, but most other days, they're closed by 10pm or earlier due to "Manager Not Being There."
I don't blame the workers for the situation here, but rather the management for making two people try to keep up with heavy traffic on a Saturday night. As the franchisee, if you're not able to hire enough people, then you should be here to help shoulder the load.We ordered via the app for in-store pickup.
