“I have never had mead as amazing as the mead from Zymarium Meadery. Each mead has its own personality, there are so many unique and wonderful flavors. Every single one is so carefully and perfectly crafted, I had a difficult time choosing a favorite. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I absolutely love the decor, the art is classy and beautiful. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting Zymarium. Joe and Ginger have created a truly one-of-a-kind experience. And I will definitely be back!“

We each had a four flight tasting, and it was hard to pick a favorite, but the sours and pumpkin pie spice cider won the day. Thanks Steven for the hospitality. “It took me years to train my palette to appreciate beers but my oh my, I'm happy I took the time. Now, I am no beer connoisseur, and admittedly, I'm an IPA Lover, but I do appreciate a good craft beer. I also appreciate the fact that most breweries, like wineries, offer tastings. Which aides in narrowing down on the brews you prefer without committing to brews you don't. That aside, like any other brewing experience I've encountered, I asked to try a couple beers to figure out which one I wanted. Or, if I cannot choose, I just do the flight and call it a day! What's exceptional about Hourglass Brewing is that they are pet friendly, so me and my pup can have a grand 'ole time! The pricing is great! The brewery itself is spacious and rustic but with a modern twist! They allow you to bring your own food (because they don't serve any) or you can visit the food vendors nearby or next door! They also have food trucks that frequent the lot! So, fret not, you can drink and eat till your heart's content! As far as the beers go, I, personally haven't met one I didn't like! Again, I am an IPA girly, so I'm pretty easy to please in that department but I do appreciate craft beers and the unique beer blends like, the one I'm drinking today, which is their Imperial Pumpkin Ale (one of their indulgent beers). Again, price point is great. Staff is super friendly and the overall vibes are spirited! I definitely recommend this local Orlando brewery.“

“I was in Orlando from Tampa and wanted some conch salad. I was lucky to find this gem because it's a True Bahamian. I had the crack conch, chicken, Coleslaw, peas and rice and Mac n cheese. “You have to check this place out! Great variety of beers which constantly rotate. My husband and I love this place as it caters to both of our tastes; he is a dark beer lover and I prefer pilsners/lagers. The staff are very friendly and are the reason that we keep coming back. They have free bar snacks but not meals. However they allow you to bring in any food (nearby restaurants available). By far the best local brewery in Orlando!Update 2023 -- still one of the most talked about breweries we have ever visited. It is always a highlight anytime we are in town. 1000/10 recommend“

I love the experimentation that goes on here, even if I don’t like all of the beers, but I make weekly trips here to try the new ones. If you like IPA’s or Sours, come here. “Wow - I'm surprised I've never reviewed this place before, and this is our second time coming here! We visited here last year and have day dreamed about their jumbo wings ever since. Last year, we drank our first white beer, and it was called White Rhino or something like that. It was something we never had before and I am so sad it was only seasonal. Came here again about a week ago, and of course as a brewery - the menu changes. We got the Hefeweizen on tap, and had two orders of their wings. The wings are grilled to perfection and the meat literally falls off the bones. We got the buffalo and garlic jalapeno, with ranch to dip it in. Love coming here after work but before the evening crowd. Happy Hour prices are affordable, and the staff truly enjoy working there. The guests that drink with you are polite and the atmosphere isn't too loud. Lots of street parking, and their own designated parking lot around the corner.“

“Came in to check out a new local craft brewery while in Orlando. Found this place using the Pub Pass - Orlando. Decent size brewery with a good selection of beers. Also have a kitchen that we did not try. We tried the Berm Brown ale and the Lilian Saison. Both were good beers. Bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. Nice upbeat atmosphere. Worth a stop.“
“Definitely a money-saver place to have a drink before the game! Met up here with a couple of coworkers before our holiday party at the Amway. Came around 4pm, right before the crowd came rushing in. We were self sat and served immediately. We all ordered a pint of beer, and they gave us a cup of water to go with it. No liquor at this place. We were served by Charlie and he was great! Super friendly, attentive, and did well handling our huge party. Beers range from $5-7, which is a total win compared to the $10-15 beers inside the Amway. Parking is tough unless you're at the Gieco Garage or street parking. Wish they validated parking! The only time I'd come here is if there's an event at the Amway.“
“Came here because we still had loads of time before our flight. This place was really busy when we showed up with a long line. The line was all worth it because their beer is really good. Got to try their Mist And Fury Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse brewed with strawberries and it is a giant glass of flavor. You get such an overpowering good flavor in every sip. I got sad finishing it. The color is really great as well and pink like a strawberry.“
“Great location for a downtown lunch, but incredibly slow service. We had to walk up to the bar to ask the server to take our order as it had been about 15-20 min that we had been there at that point. Our food came out about 20-30 minutes later and it was not very busy in there. About 2-3 tables. I ordered the grilled cheese with tater tots, and my friend ordered a Caesar salad. If you have a short lunch, not the spot, or have this in mind when you go in that it's going to be tight. If you're there to just hangout, this spot is good.“
“Mike was my server Sunday, March 10th. We had music outside with Lauren Carder Fox. The weather was great and service was perfect. Mike was very engaging with my party of 3 and a baby. The food is always great. I had wings and a quesadilla split with my girlfriend. My friend Andy had grilled cheese, 2 orders of wings and a mac and cheese bowl. Half of that was to go home for dinner since his wife is out of town and he has the baby. Always a great experience at Sanford Brewing Company - Maitland. Thanks Mike.“
