Zymarium Meadery Brewery •

“I have never had mead as amazing as the mead from Zymarium Meadery. Each mead has its own personality, there are so many unique and wonderful flavors. Every single one is so carefully and perfectly crafted, I had a difficult time choosing a favorite. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I absolutely love the decor, the art is classy and beautiful. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting Zymarium. Joe and Ginger have created a truly one-of-a-kind experience. And I will definitely be back!“

Deadwords Brewing Brewery • $$

“The beer here is phenomenal. It's about as close to perfect as beer can possibly get without being brewed in heaven. The vibe is like if Mary Shelley decided to team up with Edgar Allan Poe and they opened a cool pub with excellent soft pretzels. 5/5 stars, highly recommend. Love everything about this brewery.“

Hourglass Brewing at Hourglass District Brewery • $$
2500 Curry Ford Rd #4, Orlando

“It took me years to train my palette to appreciate beers but my oh my, I'm happy I took the time. Now, I am no beer connoisseur, and admittedly, I'm an IPA Lover, but I do appreciate a good craft beer. I also appreciate the fact that most breweries, like wineries, offer tastings. Which aides in narrowing down on the brews you prefer without committing to brews you don't. That aside, like any other brewing experience I've encountered, I asked to try a couple beers to figure out which one I wanted. Or, if I cannot choose, I just do the flight and call it a day! What's exceptional about Hourglass Brewing is that they are pet friendly, so me and my pup can have a grand 'ole time! The pricing is great! The brewery itself is spacious and rustic but with a modern twist! They allow you to bring your own food (because they don't serve any) or you can visit the food vendors nearby or next door! They also have food trucks that frequent the lot! So, fret not, you can drink and eat till your heart's content! As far as the beers go, I, personally haven't met one I didn't like! Again, I am an IPA girly, so I'm pretty easy to please in that department but I do appreciate craft beers and the unique beer blends like, the one I'm drinking today, which is their Imperial Pumpkin Ale (one of their indulgent beers). Again, price point is great. Staff is super friendly and the overall vibes are spirited! I definitely recommend this local Orlando brewery.“

“Let me first say, I never knew where this place was until construction led me to it. So for once, I am thankful for construction leading me here. With that said, I've had their beers before, at beer festivals, bars and grocery stores. With that said, it was really nice to finally get a chance to visit and try their beers on tap.The staff was friendly and the place seemed like a nice place to relax with a cold beer.Definitely recommend!“

“Always driven by this place. Decided to try it since a friend recommended it. I liked the selections they had on tap. I also enjoyed the half inside half outside seating they had to offer as it was a beautiful day outside the day I went. Friendly service. The food was pretty good as well. I went with the P.G.C. wasn't let down. Will definitely return in the future.“

Tactical Brewing Co. Brewery • $$

“I can’t, in good conscience, rate Tactical below 5 stars. This is my all time favorite brewery. I love the experimentation that goes on here, even if I don’t like all of the beers, but I make weekly trips here to try the new ones. If you like IPA’s or Sours, come here. The vibes are incredible, and Tactical always has a lot going on for everyone to enjoy.“

Brewlando Brewing Brewery • $$
6820 Hoffner Ave, Orlando

“These guys stepped in when another brewery closed. Love that they have an American IPA (west coastish) and it was GOOD , instead of just the New England(tired of that same old taste) IPA . Great for parties as they were having two large parties when we were there. They even had a couple guest tapped ciders on for my girlfriend. With good music and the two parties, I could still talk to my neighbor at the bar. 4 1/2 stars!“

Ten10 Brewing Company Brewery • $
1010 Virginia Dr, Orlando

“The beauty of the craft beer phenomenon is that there is no cookie cutter approach to making and serving beer. Each brewery has its own distinct vibe, target market, and atmospherics. That’s probably why I love visiting as many as possible, because it never gets old.Ten10 has long been one of our favorites. It was one of our mandatories on the Central Florida Ale Trail back in 2017, when there were only about 16 breweries on the trail. It’s a little bigger now. And, thanks to the genius behind establishing these ale trails in the first place, we were able to sample pretty much everything Orlando had to offer at the time, which helped us form new preferences.

That’s another way of saying we’ve been back many times.Located alongside the Orlando Urban Trail in the Ivanhoe Park district, Ten10 certainly has a well-qualified audience from which to draw clientele. It has the look and feel of a neighborhood brewery, without pretense. Instead of looking and feeling like what an IKEA-owned brewery might appear, Ten10 and their hodgepodge display of beer cans and glass growlers either collected or donated through the years produces a vibe that reeks in authenticity. And we could tell from the NYE 2023 customers that we were the outliers, seated in a booth, while everyone else was at the bar, no doubt their standard M.O.While the Speigensall was tapped out (7% ABV, a hazy IPA), I went with old standby East West (7% ABV, a standard American IPA). It did not disappoint. And since it was still the holiday season, I had a short pour of Bad Santa (6.5% ABV, a Brown Ale with a hint of winter seasoning). It left me feeling jolly, as much so as a visit a year ago left me happy after Santa’s White Christmas (7% ABV, a Golden Stout).

We followed up with a huge pretzel, accompanied by beer cheese and a spicy mustard that was a little more horseradish than it was mustard. It was all good, though, and we’ll be back many more times.“

“This trip we tried Otter's Fizzy Orange. It is a light orange drink that was heavier on the cinnamon than we thought. Texture is similar to an emergen-c effervescent drink. Flavor is thankfully better and reminded us of apple pie (if you replaced the apple with orange). Brown sugar cinnamon on the rim. Bottom was more concentrated vanilla but only tasted the sugar. Great that it is a gluten free option. Definitely not as iconic as a butter beer. Recommend having someone to share it with because it is very sweet. Presentation is nice. Think of it as a mocktail.“

Duff Brewery Brewpubs • $$

“The best part of the Duff Beer Garden is Demar who is a superlative bartender. He is the definition of outstanding service, hardworking and awesome personality. We came by any day we were in the park to have a Duff Oktoberfest and eat our park food at bar. Regular Duff Beer and Lite are fine but the Oktoberfest was the beer to chose. The everything pretzel was also very tasty. The location blocks the sun and you get fans overhead to keep you cool. Again the place should be called Demar's Buff Beer Garden. Hang out and have fun.“

“Came in to check out a new local craft brewery while in Orlando. Found this place using the Pub Pass - Orlando. Decent size brewery with a good selection of beers. Also have a kitchen that we did not try. We tried the Berm Brown ale and the Lilian Saison. Both were good beers. Bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. Nice upbeat atmosphere. Worth a stop.“

Big Storm Brewing Co - Orlando Bar • $$
430 W Church St Suite 200, Orlando

“Definitely a money-saver place to have a drink before the game! Met up here with a couple of coworkers before our holiday party at the Amway. Came around 4pm, right before the crowd came rushing in. We were self sat and served immediately. We all ordered a pint of beer, and they gave us a cup of water to go with it. No liquor at this place. We were served by Charlie and he was great! Super friendly, attentive, and did well handling our huge party. Beers range from $5-7, which is a total win compared to the $10-15 beers inside the Amway. Parking is tough unless you're at the Gieco Garage or street parking. Wish they validated parking! The only time I'd come here is if there's an event at the Amway.“

“Came here because we still had loads of time before our flight. This place was really busy when we showed up with a long line. The line was all worth it because their beer is really good. Got to try their Mist And Fury Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse brewed with strawberries and it is a giant glass of flavor. You get such an overpowering good flavor in every sip. I got sad finishing it. The color is really great as well and pink like a strawberry.“

Motorworks Brewing - Orlando Brewery • $$
131 N Orange Ave Ste 106, Orlando

“Great location for a downtown lunch, but incredibly slow service. We had to walk up to the bar to ask the server to take our order as it had been about 15-20 min that we had been there at that point. Our food came out about 20-30 minutes later and it was not very busy in there. About 2-3 tables. I ordered the grilled cheese with tater tots, and my friend ordered a Caesar salad. If you have a short lunch, not the spot, or have this in mind when you go in that it's going to be tight. If you're there to just hangout, this spot is good.“
