“Terra Craft Sandwiches 231 W. Hibiscus Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32901 5 Stars Terra Craft Sandwiches is a relatively new fast-casual sandwich shop in Melbourne. The counter help today was Andrea. Andrea was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the menu. I put in an order for a Brisket, a Ribeye and one Chicken Salad sandwich. Taking in the environs, I snapped a few pictures and before too long, our order was up. Heading back to a table, I took some pics and commenced dining. One bite into the Brisket sandwich and I knew that apparently someone finally got the HINT! The Brisket was slow-cooked to a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The bread was freshly made, thickly sliced, warm, and tasty. However, the stars of this show were the root beer sage BBQ sauce and house-made pickles. That's right. They make their own pickles in the back! Forcing myself to move on, I grabbed the Ribeye sandwich and stuffed it in my pie hole. Made of shaved ribeye, white cheddar, braised scallions, chimichurri aioli, refried bean fondue (I didn't even know there was such a thing) and shoestring taters, this was to die for. I had to double-check on my phone to ensure I was still in Brevard County. Yep. I was. Unbelievable. Reaching for the last sammich to be tested, I ripped into the Chicken Salad sandwich like there was no tomorrow. This was certainly a Chicken Salad sandwich like I have never had before. With slow-roasted Cabernet grapes, shoestring sweet potatoes and roasted chicken breast on a flaky flatbread, this had to be the best Chicken Salad sandwich ever concocted. As I have said repeatedly, the engineers have doomed this county when it comes to good food. That said, as I was dining, in walked Glenn. I immediately pegged him as an engineer. New Balance running shoes and an overly tucked-in shirt were my first clues. All he needed was a pocket protector and a Honda Accord. Anyway, I asked him why an engineer would eat here. He replied, “Because the food is outstanding. The price is a tad high but worth it.” Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe engineers will fork out some moola for quality food. All this food is made on-site by a chef with mad skills, and boy, oh boy, does it taste like it. Hallelujah, Michelin! We finally have great food in Brevard!! The Big Boy says, “If you don't like this food, I will personally come over to your place and hammer you with a pillowcase full of pocket protectors and slide rules.””

“I ordered a party pack for delivery and held my breath with my fingers crossed. Luckily, this store packaged everything so well that it arrived in near perfect form. They were even thoughtful enough to send two six packs instead of the larger box and separated the chilled cookies from the regular ones so it was super easy to store everything when it got here. Love Crumbl so much (even though my waistline doesn’t ?)”

“Everything was absolutely delicious! You MUST go and try the flash fried spinach and the Chef's grits. Since spinach is my favorite food, I eat it anytime, any place, but this is completely unique! Did I mention the fish was exquisite as well? I had their famous onion crusted fish, tonight it was Mahi Mahi on the 39.00 three course special. Generous wine pour too! “Had a great dinner tonight. Savanna was our server. She is very attentive, and must have checked up on us 7 or 8 times. Also for all the young bucks, she is not at all hard on the eyes. We are trying to eat a bit healthier so we ordered the bottomless soup, breadsticks and salad. Was quite tasty. A nice evening!

While we don't generally drink, my friends and I go sit in the bar section as we do not need to wait for seating. Jaye, our server, did a yeoman's job of taking care of us. She was exceedingly attentive and blessed with a wonderful sense of humor. She must have checked up on us at least 7 or 8 times during our visit. She is a real asset to the company.”

“Not only is the food delicious and unique, the owner Seraina is a wonderful host as well! We celebrated my friend’s daughter’s birthday there with milkshakes and waffles. Seraina delivered the waffle to our table with candles, played happy birthday on the speakers, and sang with us! 🩷 She also offered to put tinsel/fairy hair in the girls’ hair, free of charge, as a kind birthday gesture. This is the type of business that will keep you coming back, not just for the amazing array of delicious eats, but for the kindness and hospitality that shines through at each visit. 🩵”

“Took myself on a date today! I wanted to try a new place, Osaka was AMAZING. First off; the staff were so friendly, accommodating and quick. I got the most refreshing honeydew boba tea, some of the best miso soup with plenty of tofu in it(my fav) and the “out of control” roll. This roll was filled with salmon tuna, white fish, avocado. On the inside of the roll there was torched salmon, tuna, white fish, Japanese mayo, spicy mayo, ell sauce and scallion’s. A small place but the flavors and staff are mighty! I will definitely be back!”

“Ehhh not necessarily family friendly. Came 2 weeks ago with my 3 littles for lunch. Our waitress was AMAZING!! The waitress who brought our food not so much. She argued with myself and my 6 year old son about the pickle with his meal. The pickle is included with a kids burger meal right?! I paid for it right? My special needs son cried, I was embarrassed for him and she finally brought one. Needless to say I will waste my gas to go to the beachside location and not this one. I can’t not have that happen again with my kids and she needs more training. Blonde with braided pig tails. We came around 11:30 on 6/39/2025. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. She needs more training or to be fired. Again will not ever return with my 3 kids and this has been a favorite place since our first child in 2015 and just us since 2013. I’d rather waste gas going beachside than to have her as our waitstaff for food again. 🤷🏼‍♀️”
