La Casita Del Arbol food truck is not bad. I've gone a few times. Everything tastes fresh, and the prices are reasonable. My issue is the scarcity of meat. I raised this concern a while back, and my order got re-done. I took a friend there for a quick bite, and he ordered queso birria. We literally counted the pieces of Carne asada in the taco. So far, that's the biggest complaint, the meat. The "consume" that comes with the birria is watery. The flavor is sorta there....read full review

The best authentic Mexican food in Palm Bay. We lived in Mexico for many years and have had a difficult time finding any good Mexican restaurants in Palm Bay. Everything we have tried at the La Casita del Arbol has been delicious but we can't seem to get enough of their Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos. Plus their red salsa is to die for!
