“This is a pretty cool, primarily outside, spot for comfort food. The food could be referred to as bar food, but it was good! It got pretty busy, so the server forgot my 2nd beer for a while. Not good for a server, no matter how busy it is. She got close to the time I would just send it back. That also cuts heavily into the tip, amount and %age!”

“What started as off a VERY grim outlook on this rare Outback occasion for us, was completely turned around by Summer. We were offered the option to be seated out on the patio to avoid a long wait due to a large party. We accepted and were ignored entirely by the two employees that kept making appearances to tend to and clean the table that left shortly after we arrived. After almost 40 minutes of zero service, I called and asked for the manager to avoid a scene inside. Stephen promptly made things right for us and our waitress Summer was such a delight. Thanks to you both, but Summer especially. She earned this restaurant a 5 star rating from us tonight.”

“Great place. Wonderful food, a bit messy because we got their burgers but that’s expected ?. Very good food, checks all the boxes of a good burger, I suggest unless u have a very large mouth and hands. Do not get an extra patty on your burger as I did, because the patties are very thick and makes it a monster of a burger when it’s already pretty big. Very good service. Our waiter Paige had excellent energy, amazing social skills, and great efficiency when waiting on us and others from what I saw. I “made my own”burger, and got a side of parm fries and it was so good. My mother which was there with me Got their lobster burger with a side of parm fries and she said it was amazing. And I also got one of their lava cakes in house which Paige doctored up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel and fudge drizzle in which Paige was excited I ordered in rather than to go because “she enjoys dr’ing it up” clearly a lady who loves the food, loves her job and doesn’t well. Thanks Paige, and thanks to the two awesome cooks who made our food. We will definitely be back again soon! P.s. they also had some really cool signs and art in the walls. P.P.S the mens bathroom is pretty clean, well maintained and has some nice touches like a mouthwash dispenser and air freshener if you need them alongside some funny signs as well.Dietary restrictions: They also accommodate for ceiliac and vegetarian diets from what I saw, I myself am Ceiliac and got fries(made in a dedicated fryer) and a burger with a gluten free bun, with a side of some delicious chipotle garlic Aoli sauce that was delicious with the parm fries. Overall a great place for two people ,my mother ( no dietary restriction ) and myself ( celiac’s disease Aka severe gluten allergy ) to eat together. ? 9.9/10 restaurant, and 10/10 burger.”

“I took a friend for pizza today, it was a fairly wonderful experience. Service was great out the gate, very attentive server, the pizza was delicious. she got the mushroom, I got the Riccardo! Then I spilled a glass of water all over the table. I cleaned it up best I could with the napkins on the table. The server came by at one point to check on us, I let him know I'd spilled water and cleaned it up as best I could. He said, no big deal it's raining outside. Never cleaned it up, even brought the check 15 minutes later and laid it next to and on the spilled water. Everything up until the spilled water was great. I just cannot wrap my head around the lackadaisical behavior, not only by our server but the other 2 servers who stopped by to check on us. Perplexed to say the least.”

They had this pastry at the check out with ricotta and something citrusy and it was also super good. Cashier was friendly. They also have other goods to buy like pasta, olives, and other things.”

No skimping on onions or lime..Served with a side of black beans chock full of bacon grease (I believe) and seasonings bringing back nostalgic memories of my mom’s cooking.. I knew I was in the right place.The rice is nothing to write home about of course, but that’s because it’s made to be eaten with the delicious black beans!What IS worth writing home about, however, is their homemade SOFRITO. Served with my chicken and my boyfriend’s skewers, this sauce is like crack. Just try it!!Onto my 4 stars for service, we came on a Thursday night and the restaurant was almost at capacity. I don’t think they staffed properly for this because there was only 2 servers rotating hostess duties. Due to that, service was a bit slow but very friendly nonetheless. We were never neglected.Atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired, not sure if I came on a bad day but the bathroom inside was a little smelly. Whether that be from the chemicals used to clean it or some sewage issue, but I seemed to be the only one bothered by it. Curse my sensitive nose!All in all, do not let my 4 stars for service and atmosphere prevent you from going. It’s very possible I just came on a bad day. The FOOD is what you’re coming for. And that is the crowning jewel of reasons why I will be returning to Nini’s.”
