I had higher expectations of the place, I had bought Empanadas to take away and they are good, but the food at the place is not of good flavor, bad presentation, additionally it is incredible that they charge 2 dollars for a little bit of guacamole.

Normally here you will find good food opportunities in their different places but however in this one it was very early and we thought that the bakery was fresh which was not the case. We hope they take this into account and improve but I still consider that their products AND their meals are good

We had breakfast this morning at this awesome and peaceful angelical place. Food was very taste, delicious and nice presentation. Our waitress provided outstanding service. The only thing is that they charge 3% when u pay with credit card but these days every place has their charges on cards. I had such a great time!

This restaurant serves the worst Colombian food I’ve ever eaten. Our food was poorly cooked and completely tasteless.Both meals had no flavor. Feels like the cook just took it out of the freezer straight to the frying pan. It took them 45 minutes to prepare and serve very basic Colombian food. Another customer in front of me sent his food back to the kitchen for lack of taste and cooking time. The empanadas I ordered were horrendous and I told the waitress to remove them of my bill.Never had such a bad experience at a Colombian restaurant before. They need to revamp the entire menu and get new cooks.Delicias de la Abuela gets a BIG ZERO.

I was in the area, and I wanted to eat something, I found this restaurant and I saw 90% of negative comments, regarding food, service, and above all that tips are mandatory,??? I better decided not to go ??
There is no shortage of reasons for one to end up dissatisfied and wanting not to return to these restaurants. When the food is not deficient, then there is some problem with the bill, because they charge you for what you did not consume. In addition to that, they charge you the rate they want and on top of that they charge you a surcharge for using a credit card. In any other restaurant they honor their name and accept a customer's claim, adjusting the bill to what was consumed. Only there they cannot modify what is charged, because a few dollars are more important than a satisfied customer.
