The service wad terrible. Every time ive been here they get my order wrong. Mind you i have a simple order ( iced caramel coffee with a breakfast wrap) im not sure how they manage to get it wrong every time. This time i came with my friends, we waited about 15 mim just for them to come out with the wrong order.

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered the snacking bacon ? which is almost $4.00When I looked in the bag after driving away there was not the usual amount of strips in it. I went back around to show the girl at the window, she claimed there was 8 strips in it. Gave me an attitude like " go ahead, are you going to tell me I'm wrong ?". So I left thinking if I wanted another order of them she would have either spit in my food or add extra pepper so I would choke. I go to this DD often and the staff is always nice to deal with. Never saw this girl before and now I will be going to a different branch. (BTW, there was only 5 1/2 pieces of bacon, not 8 !!) DD, screen your job resumes better, less attitude would be great...?

Got here 7 mins before closing and the doors were already locked. The workers stated they were already closed. Why say you're open until 8pm then? It takes 2 mins to make a hot coffee.

I liked everything, it was good but the person who helped me has a face that wants to eat you and he was only on his phone, the bathroom is closed, ask him for the keys, he looks at you badly and you can't flush the bathroom, you have to do it yourself by lifting up the cap the cashier name is in the recibe.. take more attention with this people.

I ordered 2 dozen donuts from here yesterday and when I came to get them they said they ran out and for me to come back today. I just left the store it’s 5:30pm and they close at 8pm and again they don’t have my donuts. I asked for a refund and the guy told me get it thru the app which I tried but it won’t work!

I had a small Peppermint Mocha ☕️. I was not ? impressed with it . The peppermint was over powering the mocha. It could have been done better. I will go to Star Bucks for the Peppermint Mocha !

This is getting to be a trend in Broward County... Few months ago I went to Probably 4 separate locations in a row. Looking for Vietnamese coffee that I can get in West Palm Beach. Nobody had it and 2 locations were closed because of lack of help.. Today in the rain at 2:30 in the Afternoon want to two locations one the front doors locked The second location had one single pumpkin muffin other than corn and received an attitude.
