This location is CLOSED. I walked a long way from the hotel only to find it closed and it has one of those realtor locks on the door like the property is for sale. Would be nice if their website made mention that they went under!

Well, we ordered 2 dozen bagels and asked if we get the 13th free, she said no, you didnt order it the right way online. I said it was our first time ordering online and didn't see it since we ordered 4 different types of bagels, 6 count each. Still said no to a 13th on both dozens, (wouldnt have killed them). The bagels were great though all but the sesame, they were not done, extreme small and just thrown in the bag to finish the order. Didn't complain on the extra bagels but the not so great 6 seasame bagels that were unfinished and unusable now made me think different. Staff could be a bit more friendly.

Honestly my favorite place to get a bagel in this town. I always do a BLT on everything add an egg and cheese and they make it perfect EVERY time. Also the smoothies are sooo good. I wish they had one

What a friendly staff! This was my first time here, I work across the street and I was sick of McDonald's. My coworker mentioned it so I had to try it! I'm not a huge fan of bagel sammies it's just too much bread for me however it was tasty! The staff 10 out of 10 I will be back.

I was so excited to try Bagel 13; however my first time was my last time going there. There were multiple hairs in my bagel sandwich and it grossed me out so much. In addition, the employee who made my sandwich had just come in from a cigarette break and walked past me to make my food reeked of cigarette odor. The young lady taking my order was very kind.

Visited for first time today with my wife and nephew. Glad I did. The staff Ricky and Mimi were super friendly and made you feel at home.The bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel was fantastic. The service was great. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return.

I haven't been in in far too long! Had a chance this morning for a bagel with cream cheese and as always I was not disappointed!! Both Mimi and Rickey were both sooo nice and professional. I'll definitely be back in! I was even offer a few free bagel which was so much appreciated by the guys at the shop!

I love this place! Used to frequent every Sunday and Monday before prices increased but overall still very reasonably priced I'm just poor after all the prices everywhere went up and I still am paid the same amount.I still try to visit every time I crave a bagel here. I also love their cinnamon rolls. Dining in is the best option in my opinion! But if you'd like to take your food to-go it's also a good option. I just think their bagels are best enjoyed fresh!
I have been going here for years and loved it every time, I went in today and everything was different.Ordered an iced chai latte and they gave me a cup of just straight chai concentrate with no milk, entirely undrinkable like that.Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and they gave it to me completely untoasted.On top of this it is also evident that they must have recently gone through severe budget cuts. Everything is now packaged in cheap styrofoam, the bags and paper are no longer branded, the cups are styrofoam, and the hash browns are different. Not huge issues, but combined with the poor service it makes me not want to return.

I give this establishment a five due to the freshness of the bagel which was nice and soft not chewy. Bagel egg, bacon and cheese was delicious. However I do not recommend the smoothie, it was so so sweet which didn’t seem like a smoothie. I really didn’t get the strawberry taste just sugar. Staff was helpful in making it right but I still won’t get a smoothie from there. The food is great along with the customer service. Check them out.

I went one morning and got an egg & cheese bagel sandwich. The cook had long hair that was tied back lightly. After a couple bites, I had to pull 3 very long hairs out of my mouth... I almost gagged. I opened the sandwich up and found so much hair cooked INTO the egg. When I called the restaurant, the man who answered (who I'm *assuming* is also the cook with long hair), didn't seem to care much at all. He didn't sound surprised. When I first mentioned the hair, his response was "ok". No apologies. Just kept saying "ok" and to come in with my receipt for a refund. I mentioned that the cook should probably wear a hairnet. His response: ok.

I love this place!
