My church crew and I went to Flying Burro after hearing much praise about it. Also, I wanted to see how much the old Long John Silver's building has changed since the newest Mexican restaurant has taken over the building. Upon entering, you can tell the overall setup is still the old Long John Silver's, but it looks... well.. cleaner. Not to mention, the color and ambiance has been updated to fit a Mexican restaurant. I ate here twice and thought it was pretty good. Just had it for the third time and it was even better. Beans and rice were great. They always have friendly service. I'll be eating here more often since it is so close to my work.

We’d meant to try Flying Burro for a long time after hearing only good things. Finally tried it out for lunch. We were pleasantly greeted, order was taken quickly, and food arrived promptly.
