Food wasn’t worth it. Tomato salad (not at all like tabbouleh) had old tomatoes in it, with sour taste, completely unseasoned.Chicken shawarma tasted like rotisserie chicken - not a shawarma taste or flavor at all.Fountain drinks have bad taste because the water is not filtered.Paid $40 with tips for two when ultimately this is should be a $20 check at best.l for the quality of food. Won’t be coming back until the management changes.

This restaurant is amazing!!!!!! Me and my boyfriend have been looking to go to this restaurant for over a year now due to our busy schedule we haven't been able to have date nights. We finally went over one day when a new establishment open next door and we decided to take lunch out over here . The customer service was amazing. The two associates greeted us with smiles and patience as we read the menu. The menu is jampacked with lots of flavorful food and familiar items if you like Greek or Mediterranean cuisine! We now try to come here as often as we can . The hummus is so fresh tasting I don't even like hummus, but I get extra of it every time I come here . The meats taste fresh properly, seasoned, and all the flavors melt together in your mouth. Today I'm getting my first plate of food for 2024 and I'm extremely excited!! I'll upload photos later! What a generous restaurant

Passing through town and wanted something other than greasy fast food. Celo's was easy to get to, not far from the highway. Food was very tasty and service was excellent. Will make this a stop whenever passing through Melbourne.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu available but my children had made to order salads.

They have a delicious menu made with fresh ingredients, plenty of seating inside and out, and the service is always great. I'm working my way through the menu and it's all been good. Highly recommended, and much better for you than fast food.

Big Boy Dining Out

Celo's Schwarma Factory 7954 N. Wickham Rd., Melbourne, FL 329402 StarsAs I recently discussed during an interview with the Orlando Business Journal, Brevard County has seen a large increase in Mediterranean cuisine establishments. While most work hard to provide quality food, there had to be a Subway version of this ever-popular diet at some point. Lachrymosely, loyal reader, this is that place. Celo's Schwarma Factory (or Mediterranean Bistro according to Face Book) takes the lines of least resistance to previously unforeseen heights.I ordered the Gyro Bowl and a Falafel Pita. Taking a seat, I was about to snap some pics of the interior but got distracted by my companion. My apologies. Our order was up, and I began the job upon returning to the table.First up on the Big Boy's distinguished palate was the Gyro Bowl. All bowls, like a sandwich, begin with the base. In this case, as in most, it was rice. This rice was so crunchy (my guess is it had been scraped off the sides and/or bottom of the steamer where it had been sitting for hours) that if I had any crowns on my teeth, they would have surely cracked. Seriously, I've had rocks that are more masticatable. The Gyro meat was extremely low-quality, and the veggies were uninspiring.Having more than one bite would have been cruel and unusual punishment to any patron, let alone one of Mediterranean decent such as myself; therefor I moved on to the Falafel Pita. This was average to the palate. The Pita was obviously not made on site, and I hazard guessing neither was the Falafel. There is nothing wrong with food service products if they are not bottom of the barrel and your execution is spot on. Whoever was behind the grill today was executing properly and this dish was the reason it was not a 1 star review. The Big Boy says, "There are so many fantastic Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurants on the Space Coast that there is zero reason to go slumming in this joint and dine on disagreeable flotsam."

This food is some of the most flavorful Mediterranean food in Brevard county. I'm Greek, and the lamb/beef build your own shawarma/gyro I made was better than any I've had here locally - better than Olive Tree that's for sure. Their food at Celo's is so fresh, versatile, and healthy! I hope they stick around.

They put shrimp in my pita with the shells still on them! I got cuts in my mouth from the first bite.Vegetarian options: Food tastes good but, they lack common sense.Parking: Good parking.Kid-friendliness: Didn’t seem to mind my child.

We love Celo's Mediterranean Bistro tasty healthy food served quickly by friendly staff. We often order a build your own salad with gyro, tabouleh, hummus, baba ghanoush, and more and it's absolutely DELICIOUS! Sometimes we treat ourselves to a variety of delicious baklava also.
