I have been a regular customer at this Fujiyama for years the service was always good except for when I had this one particular waitress. When this waitress waited on me the long wait and cold food was a constant issue I never said anything about it until today when I had been waiting 30 minutes for my food and she waited on her male friend and proceeded to eat her lunch and I still had no food on my table I went to the front area and asked if I could pay for my iced tea and said that I was leaving. This waitress appeared and said what's the problem? I said the service was ridiculous I said I've waited 30 minutes while you served someone else and proceeded to start eating your lunch. This waitress said then said to me leave and don't come back! I asked to see the manager who appeared in nonchalantly said what's the problem I told him what she had said he said she has issues sometimes and if I come back in again he'll try to get me a different waitress. I will never return to this restaurant exclamation point I told him that I am in a management customer service position and would never speak to a customer that way. He just Shrugged his shoulders. The environment is nice. Our Chef was very good, and entertaining as well. We had steak and scallops, and it was delicious! They give you way too much food so we had lots of leftovers. Service was excellent. Had a really good time!

Me and my family went to fujiyama on 4/12/24. And it's not your typical hibachi, they didn't have noddles witch was disappointing and they didn't have crab rangoon witch I love getting when I go to a hibachi. We only went here because my husband wanted sushi where the other place we were going to go didnt but we didnt know this place didnt have noodles and That's why I'm giving them a 3 star. Also the salad wasn't so good idk what they put in it but it's not that good. my husband didnt get his sushi on time he got it pretty much with his food. The main course was still good but it's not worth the price.

It's amazing to think how long Fujiyama has been a staple for good food and top-line teppanyaki now. They've been one of the best restaurants in Brevard for over 10 years now and still have some of the best katsu in town.Vegetarian options: They have a pretty wide selection of vegetarian sushi options and they have always seemed very careful to keep vegetarian orders far aside from meat on the flat-top grill from my observations.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! PLEASE READ TO THE BOTTOM! You won’t believe it!!! IVE NEVER SEEN NOBODY FEEDING A DAM AT THE TABLE AT A RESTAURANT! Period go to dam far!!! If I could give a zero review I would! I’ve been to Fujiyama more than 20 times! I brought my mother here for her birthday dinner and received the worst service ever! The chef came out and began rushing the food, did not put on the show for the kids, he started throwing the food on the plates, throwing rice on people, stated he was in a rush and being very disrespectful!! I went to speak to the manager and he started yelling at me, stating he is my best chef and saying all this irrelevant stuff and tried to kick us out of the restaurant, he then started yelling at my family and my mother! This was once my favorite restaurant! After this experience I will NEVER come here AGAIN!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! All the while someone at the table next to us has a DOG IN THE STROLLER AND THEY ARE FEEDING IT!!!! WHAT TF!!!!

Went here to celebrate a birthday for a friend of mines child. I ordered filet, lobster, shrimp, and scallops.12 hours later and I'm fighting the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had. So much so I'm missing work. Steer

Excellent hibachi restaurant! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Service was prompt and food was delicious! Beers were ice cold and the ambiance was very warm. I came with my family(including kids) but I also saw people come here on dates. I think this restaurant is actually able to serve/accommodate both crowds!
