Excellent hibachi restaurant! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Service was prompt and food was delicious! Beers were ice cold and the ambiance was very warm. I came with my family(including kids) but I also saw people come here on dates. I think this restaurant is actually able to serve/accommodate both crowds!
From the hostess to all the wait staff are very hospitable and courteous, bartenders make great ice cold mixed drinks, sushi chefs make nicely plated excellent sushi and the kitchen sends out deliciously prepared and cooked appetizers and entrees to eat. Sit at the bar or at a table in the bar and order sushi and hibachi.

It's amazing to think how long Fujiyama has been a staple for good food and top-line teppanyaki now. They've been one of the best restaurants in Brevard for over 10 years now and still have some of the best katsu in town.Vegetarian options: They have a pretty wide selection of vegetarian sushi options and they have always seemed very careful to keep vegetarian orders far aside from meat on the flat-top grill from my observations.
