This place is absolutely awful. This is the fifth time we've been there and they have an issue with getting orders right? And when you call back they don't want to offer any kind of assistance or give you any kind of a break on that. I would not recommend coming here

Speedy getting the food out ,but the biscuits were a bit overdone . Got the $20 bucket and got to switch out the thighs for a breast $1 more and free switch for 3 other legs .

Lazy! Sign says "short staffed" but in reality they are mis managed. They'll smoke cigarettes then make your food without gloves. Good luck getting a refund because there's no one at the register to even help you, and if you order online pick it up 30 minutes after it says it's ready so that way you'll only have to wait 10 once you get there

The restaurant was extremely busy. I ordered some items that needed 30 min of wait time. 30 minutes later the front counter server came out with my food. She was super nice and had our complete order. I missed her name, but a "thank you" shout out to the blonde at the front counter!

Chicken was dry I got some potatoes ask for gravy did not get any when I took him home I called the manager but got no satisfaction won't go back change management maybe you'll get it better chicken we went back today they have french fries now they're worse than anything don't buy the french fries at Kentucky Fried Chicken it is bad all dried up and everything

BEWARE! The employees stole my card information when I used it at the drive thru during lunch on 12/22/23.It’s the only place I’ve used this card in over 6months and within 2 hours of being here, there were attempts for multiple charges at a Lowe’s. THEY STEAL YOUR CARD INFO DO NOT GO HERE!
