A great restaurant, the staff is very friendly and always greeted with a smile, The Manager, Sharelle, is great at the job she has with KFC, she has a great team, above and beyond in custumer service. I know, as I order KFC at least once, sometimes twice, a week, MY FAVORITE IS THE FRIED CHICKEN LIVERS. The flavor and the cooking method is perfect.
Sunday we ordered a big order from the Rockledge location $93. After 2 hours and 3 trips inside we still didn’t have our order. The manager said he would redo the entire order the next day (Micah) when I called to order it he said he didn’t say that.. so we got a refund and reordered from this location! The restaurant was extremely busy. I ordered some items that needed 30 min of wait time. 30 minutes later the front counter server came out with my food. She was super nice and had our complete order. I missed her name, but a "thank you" shout out to the blonde at the front counter!
