The last two times I've ordered, there were issues. First time we got the wrong pizza and were told to take it up with Door Dash when it clearly wasn't their fault.Tonight, the pizza was horrible. It was floppy and bad flavor. We won't be ordering from here again.

I love Papa John's pizza, never have I ever had a complaint. Unfortunately my pizza I picked up was just blah. Super greasy, extra floppy and just an overall mess. Hopefully this location can fix

Perfect pizza!! It was hot, cheesy, and crispy on the edge. I picked up my pizza 10 minutes after ordering. Lightning fast! Employees were courteous and friendly.Parking: Parking is easy, practically at the door.
The guy behind the counter was so rude!! He also needs to wear a hair net as does the woman also behind the counter. He acted like everyone was an inconvenience instead of a customer! That is the second time I have attempted to order from that Papa John's at 7965 N. Wickham Rd. Melbourne Florida. The first time was several months ago and as I walked up to that store, one of the workers was asleep with his head on the prep table! Needless to say I left! That manager needs to get rid of these employees and maybe actually manage the place!

Bought the new Shaqarroni pizza, arrived uncooked and doughy in the middle. Ate three slices, feeling unwell. Not seeking a refund, just requesting cooked pizzas in the future.

Ashame I was going to get pizza here tonight after we were done dashing. However, I watched one employee literally eating while boxing up a delivery order, 2 other employees outside, 1 smoking with his apron on n then proceed to walk straight in to the line with the other guy. No beard or hairnets which the one dude really needs one for his n not to mention I didn't see anyone wash their hands before even making anything n didnt see anyone use gloves. Totally disgusting especially with covid going back around

Ordered a gluten free pizza at 10:30 PM for delivery and it was made perfect. The delivery guy was friendly and called to let us know our pizza was leave outside the door since we had stepped out for a walk.
THEY DO NOT DELIVER - THEY USE DOOR DASH NOW.. Pizza took an hour to arrive, called store, manager could care less, Door Dash delivered and pizza was COLD. You cannot track delivery of your pizza from this store once they give it to door dash to deliver. If you live in Vera DO NOT USE. Order pizza from a better restaurant, like Brooklyn Pizza or Mr. Delicious and Door Dash it yourself.

The papa John's on Minton do not give Military discount, the first Papa John's I've ever done business with that doesn't give Military discount.. All other Papa John's have been very good to Veterans, usually 10 percent for as much as 50 percent..

Placed an order for pickup, and due to an accident it was given away. The staff member, Brian, immediately had it remade, rectified the issue and did what was needed to make it right. I only waited 5-8 minutes for it even while they where busy. He even went as far as to bring it to my car while I waited. Regardless of the minuscule error I am very happy with the customer service and appreciate the work done to make it right. He did a phenomenal job and I am highly satisfied.
