How come when I ordered 3 separate things, your barista told me she can’t make it? Can’t blend food, no bananas, no certain flavor frappe, etc. I know that’s a lie. It’s funny how you want a tip, you got none. You just didn’t want to make the drink.

Miranda has no business being a supervisor. Bad attitude. I asked for a simple printed receipt for my mobile order which I do not want to print at home. Tge gentleman supervisor that works here has helped me instantly and friendly no problems. Miranda says, “No, we cannot print receipts for mobile orders!” I have only received about 10 receipts for the sam order from the other workers.

I ordered a hot drink. Why the rep didn’t put a sleeve over my hot drink? I had to ask for it to put it on myself. The rep who took my order had an attitude right alone with the young girl who was serving at the window. I don’t normally go to that location anyways and now I see why. FIX YOU ALL ATTITUDE!

Ok if you add an espresso shot to get a robust cup of coffee! I shouldn't have to buy something extra to have a delicious BOLD coffee. Not quite a worth for me.
I just want to give a shout out to everyone that works at this location! I spilled coffee after going through the drive through on my way out in my car and they gave me some rags to wipe it up and made me another coffee! Thanks for that awesome customer service! I really wasn’t expecting that and you all just helped make my morning!

Worst Starbucks location RUDE manager named Michael would steer clear specially in the morning rush. God forbid they don’t have your drink ready when you ordered it ahead and you hold up their drive thru lines.
