Anytime I come in I’m always waiting a very long time for anything, even if the store is empty. But the worst thing about this place is the SMELL! I walked in tonight and the smell in here is absolutely terrifyingly disgusting. The floors are filthy and now I never want to come in here again after seeing how bad the sanitation is. I just saw another review mentioning the smell, and that review was three weeks ago, so that means there is no real change happening. I have never in my life seen a restaurant smell so bad! And every time I come in the employees can never answer my questions about the menu, and they all seem to hate their job.

Not sure what happened in the past year but service has gone downhill very quickly. I ordered food and it was made wrong and missing the sauce. I try to call and let ask them what happened but no one answered. So I drove back and told them what happened and the girl said “Yeah we ran out of that sauce, what else do you want?” Why still make the order if you don’t have everything for it or not even tell me you were out in the first place. Also, every time I try to call no one answers no matter the time of day. Someone really needs to go out and fix this store.

Why this place has 4 stars is questionable. I didn't even get a chance to eat here because of how disgusting the smell was as well as the floors looking like they had not been swept all week. Because of the nastiness, I walked right out. No way the quality of the food is any good if this is what your store looks like. DISGUSTING

I put in an online order and when I went to pick it up the doors were locked and too employees stared at me and the other customers outside the doors, smiled, and shut off the lights? I had to call corporate to get my refund because they marked my worked as picked up

I put in an order for pickup at 11:45 I waited 15 minutes before I could ask someone where my order was and they said they are making it. After I waited another 5 minutes they asked me what I was waiting for. I told them my order and they said oh we don't have that ingredient we ran out. I told them I wanted something else and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Do not go to this location it's awful and the staff is rude.

I have gone to this place about 50 times since moving to Melbourne in 2021. But I have to say: the last time I went, they officially lost my business. Over the years, I have had a few one-off experiences— once or twice, my food has burnt or my smoothie was incorrect— but usually it was fine. I always order ahead because I waited in line ONCE and realized how horrible their customer service and waittimes were and neverrr again. The second to last time I ordered, I arrive, get my food, drive home- and the food is ice cold in the middle. The entire meal, like it was never heated up. But this latest time was insanely bad. I ordered on a Saturday at 3pm. I order ahead, pay, arrive to the location and there is a sign on the door that they are closed for the day. I look inside, there are workers just at the counter. So, I called. I watch as my phone call is ignored 5 times consecutively by the women running the counter. Finally, as I bang on their door, I am told that they are closed because they are understaffed. I said I’d like a refund then (btw they were open 15 mins earlier when I called and placed my order??). They told me I would have to come the next day in person to the location for my refund. And then promptly hung up. I stood there and called back as the workers inside blatantly laughed and ignored me and stood at the counter. Unbelievable.
