Honestly as an ex employee of tropical smoothie it’s pretty disappointing coming to this location. Ordering ahead doesn’t make a difference when it still takes 30 minutes for your order to be ready, 15-20 minutes past when it was supposed to have been ready. I have had to come back multiple times in the past 1-2 weeks because each time my order is made incorrectly and as someone who doesn’t eat meat and specifically writes on the order not to put meat in my food it’s aggravating...read full review
