I was beyond grateful to find some vegan (and healthy!) food at Space Bowl Bistro in the Kennedy Space Center. I built my own bowl, with a base of brown rice, topped with jackfruit, edamame, avocado, tomato, corn, and a green cilantro sauce. The presentation/pic leaves something to be desired, and the size of the dish was underwhelming, but to find a healthful vegan meal inside a tourist destination like this one was a huge win! Many thanks.
Skip the "fast food" and eat here!! Has sort of a Bolay meets Chipotle vibe. I love that there are so many options, and I'm thankful to have found a healthy restaurant at this attraction. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The price honestly wasn't that bad either compared to other theme parks. It was about $27 after tax for two meals, and those included rice, protein, and 4 toppings. Each additional topping costs extra. We also brought our own drinks to save $$.

1000 times less crowded than other places there, food is great, staff is friendly. Korean bbq boneless ribs excellent. Ordering process easy, and we got a table right away, too after we got our food
