My long-awaited visit to Bar One Miami turned out to be a major disappointment. The atmosphere, location, and staff were nice. However, an obvious slow Thursday night with approximately 5 guests dining on the patio, the kitchen staff was slow, and our order was incorrect when it arrived at the table. Items were missing, and someone with a shellfish allergy was served shrimp as a garnish on his plate. I ended up not eating due to my food being cold by the time the other orders...read full review

I can't keep my peace any longer. I so much want this place to succeed. Although it was night, the location appears to be perfect. It sits right on the bay not far from where the cruise ships dock. Heck, even the menu was perfect. I was afraid at first because it was empty on a Wednesday night. Sincere, our waiter was wonderful. The food was EXCELLENT....OMG. I really wanted the chef to come out so I could tell him how wonderful everything was. Please let's support this business.
