We could not get a Friday or Saturday, so we settled for a Sunday reservation. That might have been the best choice we made. I say this because you can enjoy the beauty and luxury without being too pretentious. From the valet to the two front door concierges, everyone was pleasant. The $199 Omakase, which I thought would be a step down, turned out to be surprisingly delicious. Before going to stay in the VIP cocktail Givenchy activities, purely to pass the time before going to the restaurant, painted a full makeup out, shall not take good pictures !
