“I was expecting more food wise, the food is okay, good but is not a place I would go a second time. My recommendation; the bisque, the fried chicken, the chocolate pecan pie, and the crab, we got the meal. The paella was a big a huge disappointment. The staff was very friendly.“

“My brother-in-law is a chef and he wanted to try this place out. We wanted the Cuban experience and taste that traditions. Food did not let down... it was superb. Service and atmosphere is everything you expect from a Cuban Havana vibe. My family ordered the Cubano sandwich and calamari. Fry's game with a nice Chipotle sauce and the cubanos came with perfectly toasted bread. Service was great, we couldn't have a asked for a better downtown Miami Cuban experience. Whether you go for food, happy hour or just for some drinks late at night, it is a must see when visiting Miami Beach.“

“Good service. However, the outside area is too crowded. In my opinion the tables are too close together. The main thing is that as many guests as possible can be served. This reduces the quality of dinner. Pasta with cheese cream sauce is not recommended. Very bland.“

“Visiting Miami from Massachusetts. During my whole week stay, this was my favorite restaurant. Great vibes to watch the Heat Vs Celtics. And also great vibes to have lunch with the children. Our waitress Raquel was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Also Very patient with the amount of children we brought. I recommend the chicken parm pasta. It was a slow night and she was on a barstool between myself and one of my closest friends who would had no need, interest or means of something like that.On our cab ride home, my wife starting seeing flashes and bright lights, telling me it was snowing in the cab. She had never taken drugs, and looking back, we both agreed it had to be the bartender who was a female, seemed very interested in her, and was pouring her free drinks.In any case, this was many years ago at this point. “We brought our aunt to the Las Olas location for her 75th Birthday. We all had a different cut of meat and they all were excellent and cooked perfectly. The Sausage and Empenadas were also very good. Service was top notch, you definitely know you are having a fine dining experience. Wish we weren’t here just on vacation it would be our new regular place for steak. Hopefully they will continue to expand up the coast and eventually open a location in our home city of Daytona Beach“

There was a DJ booth in the corner so I'm sure this place is bumping on the weekends. This night it was all dark lighting and chill music. I had the lychee cocktail made with Japanese whiskey and a passion fruit mezcal margarita. Both were delicious, but the flavors of the lychee cocktail were unique which made it my favorite. This is a great spot for groups with lots of seating groups both outside and inside. Definitely recommend visiting here for a drink and light apps if you're on the north end of South Beach.“

“We loved the location and value of this hotel. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and we loved that it offers chairs and towels at the beach. The bathroom is very small, and the beds are slightly uncomfortable but otherwise we loved this hotel. WARNING! Parking is NOT included. The parking garage is 2 blocks away and it's $30/day. You can't really drive anywhere because there is nowhere to park unless you want to pay tons of money. We ended up using Uber, the city bus and bus tours to travel around. We will defiantly be back.“

“Originally purchased a regular room with 2 queen beds. Randomly received an upgrade to a junior suite on the 8th floor with a king bed and ocean view. When the room wasn’t ready by 3pm, a very nice guy at the front desk alllowed my boyfriend and I to get a free cocktail at the bar. They were very strong drinks too ?. “We stopped in for dinner last night during my friends birthday trip. It was around 7pm and not too busy while we were there. We weren’t that hungry so we ordered the Caesar Salad and the Cuban sampler to share. The portions were more than generous and the food was absolutely delicious. I 100% recommend the Cuban Sampler - the pork bites were extremely tender and had tremendous flavor and the yuca fries were also very delicious. The tostones were a little greasy for me but still tasted fine and had good texture. The Caesar salad came on a huge plate and in my opinion was large enough to feed 3-4 people. Laturo our server was excellent and very personable. He joked around with us and was very accommodating to the requests we made. All the other staff were great to and took pictures of us when we requested. My only complaints are minor: the price of cocktails (essentially $20 each for what is basically a rail drink - but it’s a popular restaurant at the beach so I guess that’s pretty normal) and the fact that they add 20% tip without mentioning it (it is printed on the menu and I can understand that, but would have been nice to be told upfront just in case). Even with that small amount of criticism, we bth truly enjoyed the experience, the atmosphere and the the food. 11 out of 10. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the beach who wants to get a nice well made meal!“
